The location is perfect for quick access to the city centre and shopping areas, but there are sure a lot of people wandering the streets between the hotel and the main train station that make you look over your shoulder some. We never had any problems though! We were thankful for the easy and quick walk to and from the train station. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean, just enough for 2 people.

The TVs don't allow you to watch netflix or any other streaming service even though it was a smartTV. They shut off access to those things. But that really is the only negative about the room. I found the breakfast to be way too pricey to try it out, but our family members who did said it wasn't worth the price considering drinks were NOT included.

We were there for four nights and nobody checked to see if our rubbish needed emptying or if more toilet paper was needed. You have to ask at the desk for top ups of tea coffee etc. it would have been nice if the room attendants checked the room occasionally to see if anything needed replacing or rubbish taking away. Maybe these things are not a big deal but when you’re paying over €800 for four nights, it feels like you’re not getting a lot of service for your money, especially when you’re paying another €120 for breakfast for the two of you for four days.

The room was very spacious and had a lot of places to hang things, which is a thing hotels nowadays don't usually have (sadly). The staff was very attentive and helpful. I also liked that the default is not to clean your room every day, making it more sustainable.

Public transportation stations and train station are not that close, they're within a 15-20 min walking distance, which was ok for us but maybe not for others. There's no hair conditioner in the bathroom :(

I liked the attention the staff gave us, they were very friendly! On Christmas night the girl at the reception was very helpful (she wrote our children's names on the gifts we had prepared from Santa so that our children would not recognize the handwriting), then we put the gifts under the tree in the hotel lobby. Our children were very happy to find these gifts there in the morning! Thank you for helping!

Location is very good. Close to the city centre and easy to reach from the high way.

Parking is a bit expensive (24 euro/d). each time you drive in/out you have to pay. Other hotels apply one rate and you can drive in and out during the days without additional payments. the toilet/bad room had a bad smell which gradually disappeared when the shower was used.

Location is amazing, in the heart of hamburg and 10 minutes walking from the central train station, staff were so friendly, the room and all facilities were extremely clean

They had maintenance work with electricity, elevators not working for like an hour and there was drill noise for a bit in the afternoon but that is not a regular thing I guess so, wouldn’t be a problem

Clean comfortable budget accommodation in a perfect location. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, grocery shop with bakery and drugstore literally behind the corner. Would stay again.

Not a fan of the room design and purple light. No fridge in the room.

Excellent and clean room, very comfortable bed, room has everything you need. It is easy to get to the station by bus, the stop is next to the hotel. There is also a store nearby. I really liked that breakfast is not at the front door, as is often done in hotels, but on another floor. Very quiet around.

Big space with very comfortable be and a nice sofa. You can comfortably work from the hotel. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the center but still has spacious underground parking, 3 euros/hour, 24 euros/day.

One of the staff couldn’t speak great English so we had some troubles getting out of the parking lot

We were there for 5 days. On the 4 day I asked if it is possible to clean the room a put some toilet paper (that should be mandatory if not every day than every other day)
