Clean and comfortable rooms and a shop for some food and drink essentials. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked good. Equally the free coffee machine was a nice touch.

On occasions the single member of staff was clear under a lot of pressure and was a little short with us. Equally, while there are laundry facilities, when we asked for a fresh set of towels, we were met with a displeased face then they said bluntly ‘no towels’ – not god considering we were there for nine nights.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Munich! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. I got my room early—around 1 PM—with no hassle at the check-in counter. The room was spotless, the bathroom was modern, with hot water, fresh towels, and everything felt brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had great utilities, including a microwave and clean dishes The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, very close to Olympic Park, and not too far from the city center. The service was excellent—polite, helpful, and flexible. I even stayed an hour past checkout, and they were totally okay with it—no pressure at all.

Everything was exceptional

Great location, 5 min walk to nearest underground station where I could get to wherever I needed in the city. Quiet local area with no issues. Room was lovely and clean upon arrival and everything worked as expected in the room. Shower/toilet/beds all fine. Good range of utensils for cooking/eating. Friendly staff upon arrival, gave us all information needed and accommodated our early arrival which was before the standard 3pm check in.

We would have liked an oven included in the kitchen area. Planned to cook meals at the hotel however were very limited as no oven only a microwave. However did make good use of the stove but again limited as to what we could cook. A tea towel would have also been a good addition. We thought there could have been a more comfortable seating area (padded chairs etc) for relaxing when in room. Chairs provided were high chairs that were hard and uncomfortable and beds did not have headboards so we struggled for a comfortable place to sit within the room. Television was basic with no English channels

Room was okay size and came with lots of amenities plus there was an on site laundry room, fitness centre and snacks/toiletries you could buy at reception area!

We checked in quite late (12midnight time) and we're told on arrival that we didn't have a room booked. After a few back and forth it turns out that a staff member from earlier in the day had checked us in by accident. We were given key to our room and then when we got there the key didn't work. Receptionist came up and her master key didn't work either, eventually another visitor opened the door and said they had been checked into that room so we surmised that the staff member from earlier had checked these people into our room too. In the end we basically got their room, receptionist Rosa was sooo lovely and apologetic so I want to commend her for helping us out at such a late time, and we ended up with a nicer? room on the bottom floor which was ideal!

The property was ideal, spacious,clean and cosy for 4.A bit pricy but good functioning washing machine facility with a dryer was available.

It was fairly satisfactory.Could do with some more kitchen utensils.Did not have enough spoons,a proper knife.There was a massive crack on the kitchen table top, which was leaking water underneath into the drawers.Although changed after reporting, the kettle was leaking massively.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Everything was nice, clean, people at the reception were nice and helpful, breakfast was tasty, playing table football nice. The garage parking is very comfortable and the lift too. The hotel is few minutes walk to the underground, but during the very tough rain without the umbrellas it´s also possible to go by car to the next underground station called The Olympic park or so and park there. It´s really worth to visit Rezidenz of the kings and queens and to hear the melody and to see the moving figures on the church at the Marienzplatz.

- only 2 places for sleep - another two on sofa - for short stay possible for families, for longer it looks small for 4 person 35m2 - parking place is bit expensive, but it is comfortable. If need save money, find in surrouding. - some things missing in kitchen (cork pads, lids), dishwasher :-) -wifi is unsafe, without any password, it is danger. Time to time need open browser and agree some conditions.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and patient to give information. It really seems to be an apartment, as each room has their own kitchen. I found this awesome! The shower is great also. Very close to the subway station, calm location. There is also many facilities as a small gym and laundry room.

Only the electric stove is not good (it took me 45min to boil 400ml of water). Also the trash storage compartment and the bathroom could be cleaner.

space / family room. Great location, near Ubahn. Easy access everywhere. Friendly staff, good communication and helpful. Clean comfy beds, easy acces to the car park (16€ per night). Blackout curtains.

The room, furniture, and some equipment showed signs of heavy use, and certain parts might benefit from being renovated or updated. Railroad tracks near, minor noise. You can close the window easily.

The zone, free water and coffee machine in the lobby, Fitness area, noiseless.

I think previous guests took things from the room with selves, so we had one cup, one plate, and so on, so I have to ask for them to the personal. I also have to ask for soap and shampoo, unfortunately it was a long weekend with many holiday days and they couldn’t provide me shampoo. I washed my hair with hand soap until the supermarket was open to buy some.
