It was exactly what I expected - cute B&B hotel, fresh new, clean, everything you need for a short stay. Subway is 7 minutes by walk, groceries and bakery right in the same building/next building. Easy access with a code, friendly staff at reception, WiFi worked pretty well even for video calls. Very good price in comparison to others in Munich. I was looking for a hotel close to Olympiapark and BMW museum and this hotel is perfect for it.

Yes, room is small, you don’t have a lot of space, but for that price I couldn’t expect more. Especially if you are alone or just two of you for 1-2 nights, that hotel is one of the best options.

room was silent at night and clean, bed was comfortable, the hotel is conveniently located with respect to some big companies in the area. so it is convenient of you are on a business trip involving some of those. the hotel is rather essential, there is no breakfast but it is wery functional and makes perfect sense for one or two nights

the lady at the reception on my arrival was kond of rude, she dod not want to accept a 🚌 ness credit card from my company. after a while I succeeded, but the welcome wasn't pleasant. there is no breakfast, but a cafe' + backery next door is ll I needed, so no problems on that front

Great location, where you can park for free in the surroundings and outside the ECO zone and then get to the centre by public transport. Contactless check-in and check-out but helpful staff. Great breakfast bakery right next door. The room looked modern and the beds were comfortable.

The hair dryer didn't work. There is a special system of one door for separate toilet and bathroom. You either close the bathroom and have the toilet open, or the other way around. I don't think it's a problem for couples, but otherwise it can be uncomfortable.

Simple but clean and tidy, enough space for what I wanted. Shower was warm and good pressure, room was quiet and comfortable. Dead convenient for the city without the city prices, 5 minutes walk to the underground and then 15 minutes to the city centre. Check in is done by tablet and you are given a code so no keys to carry round or lose. Some basic catering available at the hotel but I chose to eat out. For the price I paid I was very happy with the accommodation.

Everything was clean, comfortable beds, fresh towels, also there was air-conditioning which was very important on such a hot day.

Toilet and bathroom share the same sliding doors, which means that if someone is in the shower, other one can't go to the toilet because in order to close the door you open the shower area by sliding them. But it's not a big problem if you're solo traveling, or with your second half.

The hotel was clean, it was easy to access and easy to check in and the staff were friendly. The location is also great! The vending machines in the lobby were also handy.

The weird sliding door that was used for both the shower and the toilet, two separate doors would have been better as there was no way to use both facilities without one of them being open and exposed, also the door was very heavy to move.

Room was very clean when we arrived and the whole hotel is very clean in general. The walls are noise isolating. We had a very good sleep at night and a very quiet stay.

Rooms were not cleaned by the room service people. I was at work all day until the evening and couldn't ask for it. Also it wasn't cleaned on Saturday. Reception staff was young people with no experience on how to receive and welcome guests. Breakfast offered was only a fruit, a prezel and a very small portion of a very commercial and bad coffee. It was the only option.

Me & my brother just went to Taylor Swift's 2 shows @ Olympic stadium which was close so were happy to be at this hotel. Also the staff were friendly & helpfull, infront of the hotel there's a very good supermarket & across the street a great shopping center. Will be back again :-)

MOP is needed in the shower as water can flow outside, also TV was not on the wall in front of the beds it was on the left side wall beside the beds

Clean, modern, nice staff, no issues. Great location for food, mall and subway station.

I am a cheapskate traveler, so this may just be hotel doing the best they can with a value hotel room. Like many hotels, room did not offer space to lay down checked-bag-sized suitcase. Also, the bathroom is split with shower/sink in one space beside a separate space containing toilet, but with one sliding door that user moves to close off one space or the other. The result is that even living alone, that door always seemed to be in the way. But, hey, we travel for experiences!

The location was nice (supermarkets, shops, metro, close to Olympia Park by walking), although not THAT close to the city centre. The room was clean, beds were comfy.

The room could have been better equipped (more drawers/cupboards to store things). The solution of the bathroom also was not the best, since there are no doors into the shower enclosure so the water spills much further.
