For us location was good as near BMW museum.

Wi-Fi very poor. Lift works only with room key/card. If you have a car parked in hotels parking you must get a car out from parking as barrier opens only with room key/card, then there is no where to park on the street as you need to go to reception to handle back your room key/card when you sign out. If you leave a room card before you get a car from parking, you won't get a car out from parking. So there is no logic:)) And underground parking is very tiny, once you park a car it's hard to get out from the car:)))

It was absolutely amazing, it was very modern, clean and comfy. I am really impressed with the breakfast, it had a wide variety , also including alternative food for people with allergies like me. The staff were really nice and welcoming! I would definitely recommend you this property if you are a BMW fan like us, because BMW Welt is really close, also BMW classics building is near! The centre was a bit far, but the property is near a metro station, so you can travel with it to the centre for 9 stops. We would definitely come back here next year!

Clean hotel, great breakfast

I found one of receptionist rude while refusing our early check in. I understand rules, it was just a request. I was expecting an eye contact with a good communication while we are talking. Plus, did not like that he was shouting behind myself to ask my room number while I was passing to breakfast area in the morning.Apart of this guy, other staffs who did our check in and service to us they were lovely.

The rooms were fresh and clean. The AC worked well even if it was slightly noisy. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The location was ok, just follow the street and you arrive at the Subway/Metro/U-station. Good supply of electricity outlets (including both USB type A and Type C connections for chargers)

The desk was too tiny to sit and work at. The beds were too hard for my taste- but thats just a matter of opinion. The design of the showers are also so that the floor in the bathroom gets wet. Lacking a space to put bags in. The prices were a bit inflated due to IFAT-fair, but that was common for all the hotels that week in and around Munich. (still brings value for money down)

Unassuming but funky and very enjoyable place with character and a bed that you can melt into and sleep like the dead. Very clean and well designed if small room with great water pressure in the hot shower and toiletries so nice you end up buying one to take back with you. The place was bright and airy and the dinner and breakfast delivered on simple but good quality food. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

You could try to fault them for the sometimes slow elevators or the very compact (okay, possibly cramped bath-) rooms but really this is an excellent place for the price!

We stayed for one night, came to see The Lord of the Rings in concert, but man did we enjoyed it! Room was clean, bed was super comfortable (my spine thanks you), location is peaceful far from any noise and full of greenery. They also have a few different games in the room to kill some time, bluetooth speaker that was excellent. Staff was very kind do write me full and detailed directions on how to reach them from the airport which was VERY helpful and easy to follow. Also got directions for our way back. We’re already planning on coming back next year 😁

The price of breakfast was a little bit too much for me, but everyone has their own preferences and what works for them. For me personally, a bit too much

Walking distance to Olympia-Zentrum, BMW World. Bus no 50 station within 100 m from the hotel. New , clean, modern, well equipped. Well equipped bar, only the cue can be discouraging - the receptionists work also as a bar tender and are not very quick.

The breakfast area is crowded in the morning. You need to stay in line to enter the breakfast room. Alternatively, one can try the Bakery at the first crossing. Some of the reception clerks need specific training. No restaurant, need to walk 7 minutes to a Greek.

Great value for money, good location - near to Olympia park and the English gardens, staff were friendly & helpful. Good facilities and overall design. Small rooms but completely reasonable considering the price!

Only let down was cleanliness, room was not clean is some parts, notably I had to personally clean the toilet seat with a wet soapy tissue as it had faint marks from previous guests - gross lol

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bad was big. There was possibility to have crib. It was very quiet inside. Bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel was located as I wanted (close to Olympiapark). The staff was helpful

Small things I missed: bigger desk (it was more like window sill), closet, small kettle (I missed it badly…) and normal shower (it was walk-in type with no glass and all the water was everywhere and I had my little baby crawls to this water)

Hotel location was good with easy connections to the center of the city, room was clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful, there is also a bar area which is very convenient in the evening. Overall it is a good hotel choice.

Our choice of room was a bit tight in space and didn't have much room for luggage's and felt that you have to re-organize everything all the time, but it is not something that should effect your overall stay if you are not staying for very long.
