I liked that room has small kitchen. Clean and comfort. Looks good, not far from public transport. I cannot understand why one bed has 2 different matrasses, it is not comfortable for one person to stay, I couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed.

It would be great to have an alternative to coffee- tea bags for example. 3 small packages of sugar is not enough in room for 2 people for 3 days. The socket placed too low under the table, it is uncomfortable to charge phone. And remote control didn't work in my room (but I didn't contact reception as it wasn't important for me)

We loved this hotel. Super comfortable and close to the Olympic park for concerts. The mini apartments are very nice and have everything you need!

The girl that checked us in was very cold and pretty unprofessional (she didn’t notice that a plastic bottle was on our luggage that we left there before check-in and it dropped and consequently broke). The issue with it it’s not the accident itself, which is ok like, it’s a bottle. But it’s the fact that she completely avoided even apologizing and got annoyed that it leaked water. Not amazing.. The rest of the staff is amazing though!

Hotel close-by business destinations with amazing staff. Excellent service and response on requests. Great ambience and wonderful areas for relaxing outside, including balconies. No issues with reachability via Uber or Taxis, save some construction work nearby which has nothing to do with the hotel and which most drivers are fine with driving around.

First to note, the hotel does not have room service and is more set up as short-stay apartments from that respect. To get food, things like Uber Eats work. Nearby restaurants are not that many. Cleaning is not daily unless requested, but if requested, is free. Room on the second night after cleaning was very dusty, some breakfast items (e.g., pancakes) can get a bit stale.

Friendly staff, very proper equipped gym room. Good breakfast, and nice relaxed bar at evening time. Food choice for dinner limited, but acceptable seeing the amount of guests having dinner and the short visit.

I was not aware the limited cleaning policy included that no fresh towels were delivered. I am okay with having no cleaning of the room (it won't get dirty) but I like to have a fresh towel for showering each day (like at home).

Well maintained hotel, spacious room, friendly staff and all working amenities. They had messaged saying that they are sustainable and dont have an AC, but I could ask for a fan. I did ask, and this changed the game :) The room was otherwise too hot. The breakfast had good variety. Also there are some snack vending machines on the ground floor. The Olympiapark was reachale by walk. There is a U-bahn station 15 mins away to go to the city/Marianplatz. I felt safe and comfortable at this place.

The location is bit confusing at the first time, but not an issue. Ask for a fan during hot days - the room gets very hot.

Desperately low number of staff at breakfast. At one moment there was almost nothing from the food or when there was some, there were no dishes or cups to put it into. For such a big hotel there were very few tables to sit at and the free ones were messy, because the staff didn´t have time to clean them.

It was very clean. There were no rugs / carpets in the room, perfect for my dog. I liked it to be able to stay with my dog even if he barked 2-3 minutes when I leave him alone in the room.

The Staff on Saturday was very annoying - perhaps she did not enjoy working there or on a WE. Nevertheless, she is your face to the client. She could have been more hospitable. However the gentleman on Sunday is 100% good. So she reduced the overall image. One more thing: it was too warm inside the building, especially the cafe / breakfast area. As if it was like a spa entrance.

Very new and clean with 24/7 service available; staff was always helpful and friendly. Only 25 min from city center (UBahn station is 6 min walk away). Rooms are big with small kitchenettes (including fridge). Gym is available and lobby bar had complimentary wine/beer on the weekend.

Surrounding area very quiet/residential with not many amenities, but shopping center a 15 min walk away and city center not far with metro.

Everything was fine. Receptionists were kind, room was comfortable and clean Nice variant to stay in Munich.
