The hotel had a perfect location for my trip - very close to Cité Congress Nantes. Train station was very close too. At the same time, after using a shuttle bus from the airport, one should climb quite high staircases to pass the railroads which is rather inconvenient with heavy luggage. There is a Carrefour store in 50 m what is very helpful. Sound protection was OK. I didn't hear neighbours, only planes' and trains' noise, but not during night and early morning times. 24h Hotel reception was helpful in arranging taxi or printing needed one-page document.

Room has no air conditioning, but a fan. When I was in Nantes, temperature was not so high as previous weak (when it reached 35 Celsius) and that was tolerable. There is no phone in the room - it actually is - a little bit rusty and dusted, remainding times when it was operational. Would be better to be removed or making operational again, as goig down to ask a simple question is not conveninet, although with elevator - not a big deal again, TV (as usually even at more luxury hotels in France) had not a single English-language channel.\ There was a drainage smell in the bathroom

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to key sights like the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and Nantes Cathedral, and about 10 minutes to the Commerce tram station, which makes it easy to get around the city. For example: Les Machines de l’Île is just 10 minutes away by tram, Trentemoult can be reached in 30–40 minutes via tram and then by river bus from Gare Maritime. There’s a Carrefour City just 3 minutes away, which is super convenient. And right downstairs, you can grab a coffee and a delicious pastry at Les Triplettes, no need to go far for a great breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped - I was pleasantly surprised to find a small dishwasher! This was my first time visiting Nantes, and I’ll definitely be coming back, and staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Nice people, good location close to train (make sure you depart from Nantes Sud - you will be much closer) close to tram, chateau, not far from town - plan your walk - make sure you add the one minute to be in the scenic areas of town rather than the quickest route which is not scenic) big door/window to outside, good shower

When you enter the hallway it smelled bad...maybe from people cooking who knows....but have to do something about that...room also, but once i opened the window that was find

Considering the price and the possibilities in the apartment, it was a very good deal. Beds are good, shower is good. The ventilator was a much needed accessory! In the area you’ll find a supermarket and lots of nice places to eat and drink. The hotel’s staff is very helpful and friendly.

Room is a bit cramped and there is no airco. The promised fresh towels didn’t arrive.

We got a nice, comfortable basic aparthotel suite with two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a sofabed. Was really spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. Great location, too - less than ten minutes walk from the train station.

There are cleaning supplies in the room, as there's a kitchenette, but it would have been nice to have a few more - maybe a broom? A spare toilet roll in the room would have been handy as well, though I was able to get one from reception.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk into the centre of the city. The staff were friendly. The rooms are mini apartments with a large bathroom, small studio bedroom with kitchenette, 2 plate stove, mini-dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kettle and fridge as well as TV, small table and 2 chairs. Ideal to self-cater for a short time. The apartments are dated but comfortable and clean.

The door out to the roof area outside my window wouldn't lock so someone if they really wanted to could access the room if they climbed from other balconies onto the roof.

The apartment was very well located just over the bridge from the centre of Nantes. The apartment was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front desk is open 24 hours so there was no problem checking in late at night. For the price we were happy with the facilities.

The kitchenette needed more equipment to be useful. In particular it lacked a chopping board, mugs, a sharp knife, a corkscrew, a tea towel and washing up liquid. It was very hot while we were there. There was no air conditioner so we left the window open, but the area was noisy on Friday and Saturday nights so we eventually had to close it. The room was very plain and a few pictures on the wall would have made it more homely.

Friendly desk staff who let us check in early and were very helpful. Well equipped kitchenette. Not too far to station. Quiet location. Great bakery and a little supermarket close by.

It was a bit shabby and dated but that didn't really bother us, though I was glad we didn't need the heating as that was especially dated.

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Nantes train station. Everything clean, and good kitchen facilities. Spacious bathroom! Friendly welcome from staff, and could store luggage before check in. Quiet, no noise disturbances. Big wardrobe to hang clothes/store things away. Got a great price!
