Dislikes: They charged me twice for my booking and my credit card was blocked i tried talking to their manager but she did nothing she told me she will send a bank statemet and till today i didnt receive my money i explained to her but she was insisting that she was right... i loved the place but what they did to me was unappectable and very dissapointing...

The Dolli is a beautiful Hotel that sits in an extremely central location. The rooms are clean and modern with all needed. Our room was a bit small, but probably normal for an hotel in the heart of Athens. The hotel is very luxurious and the breakfast terrace has a stunning view on the Parthenon.

Everything was nice, Do expect the rooms facing the centre to be a bit noisy as on a very busy street, but acceptable for the position of the hotel!

The location of the hotel was great at the heart of the city center. The hotel is new, clean and luxurious. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms are very nice. The pool in the roof has an amazing view.

1- The breakfast was disappointing. Very very limited variety of food and you have to pay for specific items on the menu even though my room rate included breakfast! 2- The windows aren't sound proof. If you're a light sleeper, it might be noisy. 3- The Spa and the Gym are not operational yet. Not sure when will they open. The hotel is quite expensive and these little things really irritate.

The sound insulation in the rooms is quite poor and you can heae noise from outside coming into the bedroom.

This Hotel is absolutely breathtaking The room was absolutely exquisitely appointed The foyer architecture and staff are professional and refreshingly young The roof top dining and pool is totally next level ! The view of the Acropolis is mind blowing !! Location is great and close to local Tavernas If I ever revisit Athens it will be a no brainer For anyone seeking luxury and chic vibes you must stay here

Breakfast was excellent. There was a bit of confusion around a dinner reservation which was unfortunate so we left and ate at a lovely restaurant recommended by the great female concierge. The views from the 5th floor are absolutely stunning. The staff were generally excellent. The location is perfect

The sun terrace was small and no loungers but we spent lovely late afternoons and sunsets with very friendly and helpful waiting staff so it didn’t really matter

We absolutely loved our time at this fabulous hotel and didn't want to leave! The staff was incredible, location superb, view stunning, and the amenities made it well worth the price point. I booked this for my parents' wedding anniversary (my partner and I stayed in a separate suite), and their "bucket list" request was a rooftop with a view. Oh my gosh it was exactly what we/they were hoping for. We *loved* meeting there for breakfast every morning to plan our day AND the rooftop was lively with good layout for meeting fellow travelers in the afternoon/evening. I'm so pleased with our choice to stay here and wish the staff all the best in the future. We will be back! :)

Please note this is minor and wouldn't prevent us from returning: We booked a luxury suite. While the room was comfortable with fabulous view, the bed was situated between two walls with no space to walk around it. This meant we had to crawl in and out of bed from the foot. We're in our 40s and nimble so it wasn't a physical hardship but I can imagine it might be tough for others (getting up in the middle of the night, etc). Other than that we loved the Dolli - highly recommend!
