Excellent vacation. Hotel is more beautiful in reality than on photos. It’s very close to the airport. Services are great, first night we arrived very late and they had dinner box for us, which we didn’t even expect. We were driven to the room with a golfcar because resort is huge. Room was well equiped, they cleaned our room twice, other days we put the sign not to disturb, because we didn’t need to clean it everyday. While on vacation, we were called by hotel relations manager to make sure, if everything is okay and if we have any complaints, which I think was really thoughtful and caring from hotel. But from our side everything was excellent. Food was very good, many choices, big pool, nice beach and supermarket right across the street of the hotel. Totally recommend this hotel for your stay!

No bus connection from hotel to airport (I mean public transport), but that’s not hotel’s fault. You have to walk to centre of Mastichari to bus station (around 25 minutes) or order taxi from hotel or online, because hotel is not in the center of Mastichari (again, not hotel’s fault). We asked on the reception to order a taxi for us and there was no problem with that, came on time, safe ride, good price (better than I ordered online on our arrival).

Everything was perfect! The property itself is beautiful, clean pool, modern air conditioned rooms, great selection at breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Extremely honest about the property tax which we paid on check in, which was actually already paid at the time of booking- called us to refund and apologise. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in paradise!

The swimming pool fight about sunbeds is truly nightmare. It should not be allowed to book any sunbeds before opening time and left items should be immediately removed

Everything was perfect. We had best room, 20 metres from beach with amazing view. Room was clean, perfectly equipped. Nice surprise for me was the chaple at hotel areal.

Only one disadvantage was that italian restaurant requires reservation before. We didn't know, so just good to know for the next time.

The hotel is located on the beach, the hotel has a private beach, the staff was remarkably kind and helpful, there isn’t much to do in the area but it’s a small island and there are many things to do near and everything is a max 30 min drive, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, there is a huge pool and many activities that the hotel provides during the night and day. We really enjoyed are stay and highly recommend!!

Our room was very clean. Beach is perfect and sun beds were free of charge. Our stay included breakfast and it was ok.

It is not really hotel’s job but more frequent public transport between the hotel/mastichari and city center would be very useful for the tourists. Renting a car would be a better option than relying on public transport.

we stayed only two nights but during this time no housekeeping came to our room and the towels were not changed. We recognized this situation when we arrived at our room about midnight and the whole day we were out. So ı am not sure if this is a regular implementation of the hotel or if that was an extraordinary situation. Except for this, everything was alright.

such a good place, the hotel is in a very good location, the staff are very friendly and attentive, very good food and good Advent, and the good thing is the hotel is closer to the beach, always happy to visit.

This hotel complex is amazing all around, the staff are brilliant so polite and helpful, very clean environment very family friendly, the pools are decent size and clean the entertainment was fun and enjoyable. We will definitely be back here.
