The exceptional friendliness of all the staff. Special mention should be made of the courtesy of the chef Dino, who not only has dinner improvement and suggestions or modifications for us, but also for all hotel customers

Since the internal pool and especially the salt room has limited sunbathing areas, which is to the disadvantage of many hotel guests, due to different guests who use the sunbathing areas unlimited (especially in the salt room with only 2 loungers, where guests stay up to two hours!!!), unfortunately you can hardly use these spa facilities. Here, as in many hotels, a time-limited reservation, for a general benefit for all hotel guests, would be an advantage and solution

This was an amazing place to stay. We had a superior room on the eighth floor and had a beautiful room with a small terrace and fantastic views of the Adriatic Sea. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and did not regret it at all. The food was delicious and top-notch. The menus were varied day by day and typically there were various choices available from a set menu. Likewise, breakfast was comprehensive and included fresh fruit, fresh pastries, an a la carte menu, with numerous options and everything was delicious. The barista made very good coffees Our room was very comfortable and well lit The shower was great The old town can be accessed either by a 20 minute walk or else by a short bus ride. We did both. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was that we had to leave at 3 am on the last day and the hotel gave us two breakfast boxes which included sandwiches, fresh fruit, yoghurt and toppings, and a bottle of still water.

Prices for wines were on the steep side

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent view from room. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast had an excellent choice and was very tasty. My partner loved the yoga with Maria in the mornings. She says Maria spoke very good English, she was friendly and professional. The two evening meals we had at the hotel were very good with a lot of choice again. Would recommend the hotel and had a lovely stay.

Only complaints were prices of the drinks, which were astronomical and on the last day we sat by the pool before a late afternoon departure and struggled to find lockers that were working to keep our clothes to change into.

Nice modern building with a lovely smell as you enter and excellent porters who were fantastic at the valet parking. Stunning views across the sea as well so pretty well positioned. Fantastic selection at breakfast and staff were friendly.

Very expensive for drinks, poor service from the bar - every-time we sat at the outdoor bar area we had to go up to the bar to order because no one ever came. This happened on several occasion and when you are paying 22 euros for a cocktail you expect a better service. There were also some cleaning issues - gathered dust in corridors, floor in room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the bannister on the main staircase between floors was filthy and extremely wobbly.

I had a wonderful vacation at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The recent renovations and new placements have elevated the entire atmosphere, making the hotel feel even more luxurious and inviting. Everything is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes prepared to perfection. Every meal was a highlight of the day. The staff deserve special praise – warm, professional, and attentive in every interaction. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. An exceptional experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Staff is very kind and friendly. Water in their indoor pool is warm and pleasant for swimming. Nespresso coffee machine was a big surprise. Bvlgari cosmetics are found in the bathroom. Cleaning was good and on time. Champagne for breakfast is a nice touch. Their lobby is really warm and pleasant for relaxation. The hotel is close to a majority of tourist attractions in the city.

Corridors around the indoor pool and spa center are freezing cold and bathrobes too thin for off season. The pool itself is too well-lit in the evening, thus the atmosphere there is not at all romantic. Not any cakes are offered for breakfast. Furniture in the room is not adequate for the property of that rank and there is no carpet. Bathroom does not have any doors, so it is a bit colder there. The room service prices are abnormal.

Such an enjoyable holiday at Rixos Premium, Food was superb and the chefs should be commended for their hard work and attention to detail. Outstanding. Small negative was the pricing of the wine which the Manager, Mr Basci took on board. Thought he was very receptive to our opinions. We are happy that they have a policy about the sunbeds although there were a couple of days that towels, etc were left on the sunbeds without anyone using them for over an hour at least but the staff always make sure you have access to a sunbed. It was brilliant to have access to the sea where you just stepped down into it. The Beach Bar staff were excellent and the Beach Bar Manager too was also very helpful, Again, superb chefs, best pizza we have ever tasted and the sushi was excellent with immaculate presentation. The Games Manager Domagoj was very helpful too and went out of his way to assist us as we wanted to play a game of draughts in the evening. Thank you. The Reception staff particularly the ladies in blue were really helpful, Special mention to Nejra and Ana and wish we had noted the name of the lady in blue with long, dark hair who was also kind and very helpful. Thank you. The Housekeeping staff were also excellent and the room was also spotless, and we thanked them before we left. There was one small issue with the room and it was quickly dealt with, In the Turquoise Restaurant think sometimes the waitresses/waiters could be more courteous and are very quick to remove your plate without asking " Have you finished, may I take your plate ?" But a special mention to the waitress from Nepal, sorry have forgotten her name who was very friendly and courteous but has only worked there for 2 months. We do plan to return next year.

When you are a non-smoker it is difficult to sit where other guests are smoking cigarettes and cigars, particularly in the Bar terrace area and just occasionally in the Restaurant and the Sunbed area. Pillows were very soft and was sometimes difficult to get comfortable when normally sleep with a firm pillow at home

Staff were all amazing. Really stands out how friendly and helpful everyone was. Made every guest feel really special and couldnt do enough for you. Amazing views and good central location if you like to get about a city. Nowhere was more than a 5er cab away. Best pizza in dubrovnik imo. The breakfast quality along with the views was outstanding. Best way to start a day. We had the best time and would 100% recommend and stay again.

Beds a bit soft but thats personal preference. Pool could do with some added heating it was pretty chilly. Food and drink is pricey but the quality, service and settings is what you're paying for as with any top venue. No different from any other top spot in dubrovnik.

The hotel was in the perfect location, beautiful, stunning even. Our room had a sea view and balcony, the view you just couldn't get bored of. The staff were all tentative and friendly, they had a fantastic attitude, and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was amazing, such a variety and fresh and vitalising or maybe take on an English cooked breakfast, then there was cheese and cold meats, the continental style. With juice and coffee and tea. A great selection and a perfect start to the day. If you are eating dinner again, you won't be disappointed. A themed buffet every evening, or maybe the fish restaurant or sushi. The food is exceptional, whatever you choose.

It is the only thing that isn't the hotels fault and in my opinion capital punishment is a suitable outcome.. Selfish people!!! You know who you are. A sunbed invader, with no intention of using it, until they have completed their day, whilst those using the amenities are left stranded. What I would do, is remove the towels off of empty beds. The towel card will need to be picked up from reception, for a fee, if you require one as you now have no towels. Two strikes and you don't get one again. Your photo is published for everyone to see. You are a selfish person and consider yourself for special treatment. You now have it, probably not what was required. ,
