The staff kindly left a birthday surprise for us after I had requested it online. The room was very very spacious and fit three girls in perfectly. Staff were lovely and friendly & very quick at providing us things we requested (iron, toothpaste etc). Free croissants and coffee machine left at the lobby for us to use which I definitely made good use of!

The room wasn’t hoovered properly as there were still croissant crumbs left on the carpet from the morning. Also the bathroom bins hadn’t been cleaned for a day. Other than that I still think it was a clean place!

Bed was v comfortable and having the balcony helped bring much needed fresh air into the room. A/C can be noisy and overwhelming if on for too long. V friendly and welcoming staff and couldn’t do enough. Environment was somewhere you were happy to stay in. Great breakfast and drinks machine. Property was kept very clean and tidy throughout.

Space was a little confined. The empty suitcase once unpacked could only be placed on the balcony as there no space in the room. There was a damaged seal (I did flag it with staff) on the back of the shower door. Didn’t impact us, but in not dealing with the issue it’ll only have a detrimental impact on the appearance of the shower unit. Also the cupboard above the wardrobe for storage was abnormally high and I struggled whilst being more than 1.85m tall.

It was a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the public transport and the shops were good. We like that the staff was was friendly and helpful. They always gave correct information and directions when asked to go somewhere. We like to mention Ola because she was very helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable because the mattresses were not steady. It should have been better to have one steady mattress than two unsteady mattresses. When you sit on the mattress, it could slip to the floor with the person who sat on it.It would be convenient to have microwave in the room. We had to get help from the staff to use a microwave.

The location is very good. In a very attractive residential neighbourhood, so more authentic than some more central locations, but shops, restaurants, good transit, within a block or two. The staff is excellent - all the staff, at the desk, in breakfast room, the cleaning staff were great. Especially Antonio at the desk who is so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us with our cell phone problem.

The only improvement I can think of would be to have sports channels that would get big events - particularly tennis! But that's a minor criticism.

A lovely room with a very comfy bed. No noises from other rooms come in (I'm noise-sensitive so this is very important!). Noise-sensitive folks should not worry about this room! Cozy feeling of the lobby. I heard from the staff that it is renovated recently! Staff and manager are friendly and helpful. There is an elevator (just old and slow, but there is one). Very nice and quiet neighborhood, a small greenery space right in front. You can definitely hide from the hustle and bustle of the city center here!

Small bathroom The room was a bit small, I think if you opened 2 suitcases there it will easily become very crammed Prices could be lower but it was the holiday season To get to city center it takes like 25 minutes with tram

This is a small hotel, quieter and more customer focused in my opinion. I liked that fact that there was complimentary fruit and croissant with drinks available in the foyer...(like I said about customer benefit) The location was lovely, lots to do nearby but also possible to walk to trams and sites of interest.

The room we had was a little small, but it was well equipped and we don't visit a city to stay in the room so as long as it is clean and comfortable with a comfy bed and hot shower then all good! Fresh milk in the room would be an improvement? We did not include breakfast as it we felt it was expensive pp

The staff is excellent and always willing to help. The room was cleaned extremely well and there were small touches to ensure we had a comfortable stay, including water and snacks provided on arrival. A bonus is the lounge area in the lobby, which is extremely comfortable, offers free coffee and tea, and is decorated with the ambience of a spacious bistro, including candlelight in the evenings. Guests can treat it as as an extended living/dining common room. We brought our own takeout and saw many guests playing games in their down time. Public transportation and shops are just a few minutes walk away.

We had the comfort twin room, and even then, the bathroom was EXTREMELY small. The shower stall had a 3-part sliding door with no stopper, so you can accidentally knock it open while showering and spray the bathroom floor. They could have included a small wire shelf inside the bathroom for toiletries so you don't have to bend down and put the toiletries on the floor while in such a cramped space. While I understand the management has to work with the space they have, they could have done more to mitigate the size issue of the bathroom - these small things make a big difference.

We had a wonderful stay at The Delphi Townhouse Amsterdam. The property itself is charming, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made the experience stand out was the team. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to Morris, who went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible – he’s a real credit to the hotel. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The hotel was really pretty and the room had a good size. Most of the staff was really nice and helpful. The wifi worked really well. Overall a good stay.

We only had a bad experience with one receptionist that was quite rude to us by the time we first arrived to the hotel. We never saw her again and all of the other staff were lovely! The location is not great for sightseeing, it is a long walk from the city center and the main tourist attractions. So if you had a short stay in Amsterdam (as we did), might not be the best. Also the carpet in our room had a couple of stains, nothing major but worth mentioning.

Delphi hotel is very stylish and comfortable hotel to stay in. Everything in the room was new and nice also we had a lovely balcony with garden view which was a great bonus! Hotel also has an awesome lounge and free coffee

We were staying in queen size room bed was awesome - bigger than UK king size bed, but room itself was very small. My bf is a big man and felt like everything it tiny. It didn’t bother our stay though - room served it’s purpose for us to sleep and take showers. We were on a city break in Amsterdam so spent most of the time out.
