Great location next to the train station. Walk out the back (farthest away from Albert Heijn To Go), turn left and go into the nearest large building, into lobby and take elevator to 12th floor for check in. Check in is 3 pm or later, early check-in may be possible for a 25 Euro charge. We stored our luggage instead and came back after 3. We had a view of train station and lines with only little sound. We had a Suite (1 bedroom with door), 2 Tvs, 4 English TV channels. Also, fridge, coffee maker, kettle shower (rainshower type). The room had effective dark, blackout curtains. Soft big bed, but not too soft with thick quilt/blanket which was very warm. Good hotel with great location (near train, buses, 2 supermarkets across from train station, and historic downtown area) and friendly helpful staff and would stay again if in area.

The two chairs in the living room were not that comfortable but a minor detail.

The layout of the building over a number of different floors within a larger building was quite confusing. Better signage is required.

Lovely and spacious, facilities were lovely and lovely view of the city, the receptionists could speak our language and were polite and professional and very apologetic for the delays in checking in, which we were grateful for! Beds were clean and comfortable

We weren't able to check in till 4 as the explanation was they still hadn't cleaned the rooms even though check in was at 3 did give us a free drink in exchange bit after a 10 Hour drive from the UK it was a bit shattering and just wanted a bed. The walls aren't completely soundproof, you can here walking from floors above and hallway at night The parking is advertised as included but was not had to pay an extra 15 euros and you can't use your car during the parking session otherwise it charges you again. Spa facilities have a 100% nude policy which isn't advertised on booking.com which was a bit surprising!

The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet—perfect for a family. Beds were super comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. Great location, right next to the central train station but still quiet (our room faced the other side). The parking garage was convenient, with elevator access directly to the hotel (€17.50/day). Friendly and responsive staff—always happy to help. The building (LEVEL) had a cool, modern vibe and also houses a co-working space, physiotherapy, and some shops. Breakfast had a good continental selection with fresh ingredients.

Not enough storage space in the family room—challenging for a longer stay. The open-concept bathroom caused water to spread onto the floor after every shower. Vegan options and hot chocolate for kids were missing at breakfast. The pool hours for guests overlapped with breakfast time, making it hard to use both.

The hotel is just next to the train station which makes it really easy to reach at any time of the day. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, although the bed wasn't. Access to the pool is free in the mornings until 9:30am, which an amazing view on the city.

Check in is quite annoying, having to go to the top floor and waiting for the elevator to go downstairs again. The bed however wasn't the most comfortable. Unfortunately some rooms give on the inside patio, which has neon lights all night long that filter through the curtains. Definitely not the best nights spent there.

That the guests can only use the pool from 8-9:30 am and no access to the spa

The pool/whirpool was nice overlooking the Leiden skyline. The hotel is nicely located, close to the city centre and beach. Good large shower in the room (only either toilet or shower door can be closed with the sliding door)

The matras was a bit on the soft side and unusual for a hotel these days. Disappointing and misleading: the afternoon spa (sauna, ...) was not included in the stay (extra charge required), only the pool in the morning (08:00-09:30). Breakfast: we were disappointed, yes it was a good average standard (bacon, eggs) but nothing more. (no orange juice but a watery/sweet nectar, bread spreads were basic, nothing fancy, the breakfast area reminded me more to a canteen, long strechted area, almost no windows). Seeing the relative high price our expectations were higher (also having read earlier maybe exaggerated reviews)

It was comfortable and the rooms had an excellent view. The location next to the train station was very convenient for making short trips to other places like Amsterdam and The Hague. I recommend the hotel to others.

The design of the washroom was very strange. A single sliding door connected the shower to the toilet. If you slid the door to shut the shower, then the toilet was open. And if you slid the door to shut the toilet, then the shower was open. So you could have privacy in one of these places but not both at the same time. This might make sense when there is only one visitor, but we stayed in a family room, which implies more than one person is staying. Who had the bizarre idea of doing the door this way?!

So central in location, right beside the train station- extremely comfortable bed, lovely layout of the room and very friendly staff

To be honest, the no swim suit policy in the wellness centre is crazy to me and I’m from Europe. I think it should be optional to wear a swimsuit but a bit disappointing there was no hours where you could try it out with a bathing suit on bar the mini pool you can use from 8am - 9:30 am . It’s also not very clear on the booking page

This hotel was ideally situated right next door to the central station. This wasn’t made very clear on the directions, and there wasn’t any obvious signage that the huge building just outside the station was indeed our hotel! We walked for approximately half an hour around the area, following the satnav, before realising where it was and how close it was to the station. Its location was perfect, as so close to the city centre also. We also paid for a spa day which was good value.

Nothing!
