Good size room good breakfast Near to public transport

Perfect location near Dunauzentrum shopping mall, practically next door/same complex, so you have plenty of options (including some good food). Walking distance to metro U1 (red line). Parking at the hotel is rather expensive, but there are plenty of reasonable priced options close. For arrival-departure there are parking’s available in front of the hotel. Staff is super friendly, good place for meetings as they have suitable well equipped meeting rooms. Coffee breaks with snack were fabulous.

I had problems to accommodate my pillow to my needs :) In exchange to a parking in the hotel’s parking garage I recommend some P+R parking near metro U1 red line, also hotel staff is kind in proposing suitable options.

The location is ideal. Right next to a giant shopping mall, with easy transport links to explore the city. There’s even an airport bus that stops in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, cosy and the room was a decent size with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast is also really good.

I like strong powerful showers and the water pressure was a bit too weak for my liking. I had a large double bed but strangely there wasn’t one single cover, just two separate covers. But my main gripe was having no refridgerator in the room. The hotel explained that you can only take cold drinks directly from the main fridge in the reception area. When the mercury is 30 degrees Celsius every day, that sucks! Guests should be given the option of storing cold drinks in their room. In my view, the hotel should really reconsider this policy and invest in this, as it takes away from the enjoyment of what is an otherwise excellent place to stay.

This hotel has one of the most convenient locations in the Donaustadt. The airport bus stops just outside so it is effectively door-to-door service. The hotel is practically connected to the Donauzentrum Mall which is also quite convenient. For the purposes of the meetings I attend it is a short walk to the U-bahn station and tram stop.

Well, my wife wanted a washcloth/rag and the hotel does not provide this. It was less of an issue to me but something for her so she had to purchase one from the nearby mall. There was also a day where the room wasn't cleaned because we were not provided with the sign to indicate our preference. This was relatively minor,

The location is great. The metro station is a 2-minute walk away, the hotel is surrounded by a large shopping mall, Stephansplatz is less than 10 minutes away by metro. The hotel is also easy to reach by car. All the hotel staff are very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. There were many options for breakfast, including healthy and vegan options. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. You can request a pillow that is tailored to your needs. The rooms have enough space to store personal belongings and plenty of mirrors.

We didn't like that there was no fridge in the room. The hotel parking costs 25 euros for 24 hours, so we parked across the road in the shopping center parking lot because we were there often, and the price was 8 euros for 24 hours.

Location - close to subway, to a shopping mall, to Prater. Spacious room Our 3y.o. kid got a bed free of charge even without us having to ask Free tee and water at the reception. Kettle and tee and coffee in the room. AC worked and was quiet Breakfast possible on a terrace. Also fishtanks next to the tables. Parking in the nearby streets or shopping mall (3h gratis with a registration in their member program)

Price could be lower considering the location My wife didn't like shampoo and shower gel ("too masculine")

Location – not in the city center, but for us is perfect. Staff - were extremely nice and helpful; Room – spacious, medium cleaned (dust present, shower gel sampoo empty, etc) Breakfast - very good, with a lot of different foods & sweets; the drinks & the coffee were also very good (my kid always love the hot chocolate). Bathroom – good; first day = empty shower gel/ shampoo; so we let things like that. We always have ours because we travel with our kid.. Fast acces to autobahn, U-bahn, trams etc. Conection to Westfield Donauzentrum – mall.

Absence of the fridge. We need sometimes a cold drink. Parking: 20 eur springtime, 25 eur autumn. All prices in Vienna goes up in 6 months from food to museums, all activities.

I recently stayed at Arcotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding amenities. Located 20 min with a taxi to downtown. 10 min to Prater Ferriswheel. 2 min to the subway station. You get faster downtown using the subway (2,5 euros one way). Spacious room with kettle and coffee/tea. Self service at the lobby with complimentary tea and fruit. Awesome breakfast. Huge selection. Gluten free bread on request. Spacious breakfast area with tons of tables, so you dont have to wait for a table. Great cheese selection. The receptionist and all at the breakfast area were super attentive! Great online check-out

This was our second stay at the Arcotel Donauzentrum Wien, and we will definitely come back! The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the U-Bahn. The service was excellent, and we appreciated the great parking spot in the underground garage. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. There was a wide variety of food available for breakfast, making our experience simply amazing. The check-in process was quick, and check-out was even faster. The staff was professional and experienced. Overall, I would rate it a 10/10!
