The location, the complex, and the indoor pool was a highlight!

The ‘speciality restaurants’. They’re not really worth booking in for. You have to pick a time which makes the evening quite rigid as you have to be back in time for your booking and Jacks is a better option anyway as there is more variety. We went to the ‘Mexican’ and we could only pick one thing which didn’t taste Mexican at all. The grill house was bland and the didn’t realise it was a set menu, we were sat waiting with no information about what was going on lol. The worst was the peri peri, dry roasted chicken, it didn’t even have peri peri salt on and when I asked for peri sauce, they brought Tabasco and said they didn’t have peri peri 🤦🏻‍♀️ Fill ya boots at Jacks! The quality is exactly the same which isn’t top notch but you get what you pay for :)

The swimming pool was the highlight – very large, with a 3-meter deep jumping area, and plenty of space to relax around it. The ocean view was also amazing. We really enjoyed the cocktails and beer – unlike many all-inclusive places where drinks are weak, here you can actually taste the alcohol, and the quality was noticeably better. The food was better than expected. We had read some negative reviews about limited options and poor quality, but we didn’t find that to be true. While the food in the main restaurant could be a bit cold at times, there was a good variety. What’s even better is that every day you have access to different themed restaurants (like sushi, Italian, and more) in the nearby sister hotels. The food there was wonderful and definitely a big plus.

The hotel itself could use some maintenance. Our room was okay, but nothing special – a few things were broken and could use fixing. Also, the main restaurant in the hotel is quite small, so at busy times it was hard to find a table and we had to wait. However, we were able to eat at the larger restaurant in the nearby hotel, just a few minutes away, which helped make up for this issue.

It is in dire need of updating. Some working going on, our rooms were very well painted, but literally everything else was well passed it’s useful life. Bathrooms, very old, cupboards broken. Hairdryer not working very well. Not enough vegetarian options for food.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking with a few different ladies working reception and they were very friendly, offered me local recommendations and were accommodating with all my questions. They really set the vibe for my entire stay and I was very pleased with their positive energy it seemed quite genuine. I interacted with some of the other staff working the grounds and cleaning folks too and honestly I think this hotel has some of the most polite and chill vibe staff. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that very much.

I didn’t get the best sleep. The temperature in the room seemed a bit warm and there was some young people partying in the room above me but I didn’t really mind

Location was great, the room and the terrace size were excellent, Pool is wonderful, very pleasant overall

Breakfast could be better, I would expect better coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice for 5 star hotel. View was amazing but couldn't see it while sitting at the table because the railing was in fact a solid wall, could only enjoy the amazing view while standing, The hotel has no restaurant on the premises, you have to go to the restaurant at the pool, which is very small and busy and only for breakfast and lunch, to get dinner we had to go to a different hotel. Lift doesn't go everywhere, we had to take the stairs, to our room (two floors) which should be said while booking...

Firstly ... Thank you for the room upgrade , that was quite special and the room was perfect! Absolutely everything we needed and more ! Location is great and the views are stunning Staff were lovely and extremely helpful Juat want to say thank you for an amazing visit and I will definitely both return and recommend this hotel Fabulous !!

It isn't a dislike but a suggestion... we got a map at reception and it was explained where everything was etc Wish we had known on that first day that we could avoid that steep hill by using floor 6 No big deal we figured it out

Very happy with the apartment ,which was very large and clean , and towels changed and cleaning every day the view of the sea from our balcony was a delight. Upgrade from Self catering to half board all inclusive on arrival is available it's up to you .staff were brilliant , answered your question or requests immediately with great information. Winter in albuferia is still very warm, towns are open most of the day, as it's winter. Evening time closures. Tourist train is very good 5 euro's per person all-day use There's a Disco in the sister hotel.

Nothing to complain about.

We were robbed in different Villa and moved here to feel safer for the duration of our trip. We were met at the hotel by Barbara, the most friendly and welcoming staff member at Reception. Barbara genuinely empathised with our situation and immediately made us feel safe and secure. we can't thank you enough, you are such a wonderful person. THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️ Our rooms were clean and tidy, the pool was large and plenty of beds, the beach at the hotel was stunning! Location was fab, right beside the new town strip and less than 5euro uber to the old town.

We embarked on an unforgettable journey from the Netherlands to Albufeira in December. Everything was nicer and cleaner than the pictures. I didn't want to go home at all. Great weather, great location, hospitable staff, very clean, I am very satisfied. And I thank you.

The only negative point of this hotel was the variety of food and the quality of the food. On the third day of our stay, the food was not fresh and we ate a combination of the previous day's food. The hotel's only problem was the lack of varied food at dinner, which could have been much better. The breakfast wasn't impressive but didn't fit the stars of the hotel. But the surrounding restaurants were extremely unbeatable. I didn't want to go to dinner, but because I had paid, we had to go to dinner.

We booked a deluxe terrace "room" with a view via booking.com. It was actually a one-bedroom condo (no, they didn't upgrade us) with a full kitchen box, large bedroom, marble end tables, etc. The all-inclusive is absolutely worth it. There's one buffet style restaurant at the property plus day bar, night bar, and snack tables; however, you get access to a bunch of dinner-reservation based restaurants at sister properties 5-10 minute walk away. If you book without it, you can add it at check-in. We were there early October and it was 40 Euros a day; it dropped to 36 by the time we were leaving.

Slightly dated but that is really irrelevant, considering everything else. We got there at 2:30 pm and no food place was open. A snack bar by the pool was supposed to open at 3 pm and did not open until 3:30 pm.
