Positive:I recommend the hotel. The room is cleaned daily, the staff is respectful and eager to help. We had 2 meals included and the food is fabulous both at breakfast and dinner. At dinner we were served by Louis who I recommend to everyone.

Negative:Although the description states that the rooms are soundproof, there is a door between the rooms that connects 2 rooms. For 2 nights we had the misfortune of having some uneducated people as neighbors who drank until 2 am and ended up fighting. The rooftop pool makes no sense if you want relaxation and peace. The children are left unattended and you can't stay for 5 minutes without being splashed by those playing in the pool and if you dare to enter the water when you come out you will find your sun loungers occupied even though you have towels and clothes on them.I almost forgot: the wind comes in through the windows and the noise is quite loud.

Nice but small rooftop pool - we spent a couple of delightful hours up there after a hot afternoon in Belém. Good breakfast. Very convenient for the airport - we had an early flight and it was an easy and inexpensive 15 minutes in an Uber.,

It’s a little dated. Very soft bed meant I felt every move of my partner. There isn’t enough space at breakfast and nothing highlighting peak times or similar meaning we hit a queue to get in. Though convenient for the airport it feels like there’s nothing else around, not even a small supermarket. I booked last minute but didn’t feel I got a lot for what I paid.

The reception staff was very helpful in helping me prepare documentation for a very important AIMA meeting. In particular, Ms. Beatriz and Mr. Sergio were so very helpful in helping me organize the many required documents. Because of their kind assistance, the meeting was a success! Our family also really liked the buffet dinners and breakfasts in the convenient restaurant on the ground floor. The food choices offered had such a nice variety for all the diverse dining requirements of our family - each of us found something we really liked. Mr. Mota was also a big help to make wine suggestions during our dinners. To summarize, all the staff, throughout the hotel were very helpful and kind. Thanks so much to all!

I liked that the room was equipped with a kettle, an iron, a safebox, a writing table and a dining table. I liked the wooden floor and the overall cleanness of the room and bathroom. The staff and the cleaning ladies were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The bed was on the soft rather than hard side, but very comfortable. The view from my room to the city was nice. The breakfast was amazing. The view from the roofbar was also very nice. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel (mostly indian and italian).

I tried the food from the hotel restaurant for lunch twice and it was not very good.

Very clean, comfortable beds (extra pillows provided on request). (Ps the two double beds in one room made it easier to choose this hotel when traveling with minors- it can be hard to find this!) A great variety of fruit & proteins & pastries found at breakfast - some day-to-day new offerings too. Staff was very helpful for check in & extra requests. The pool had an amazing view- & was a fantastic way to cool off after touring about in the heat of Lisbon. Location- a ten to 15 minutes walk to restaurants & some small parks

No concerns (Ps a small instruction card demonstrating how to use the different fixtures might be helpful- it’s astonishing how many different models of showers, toilets (the different flush levels), & bidets exist in different places)

Overall stay at hotel was excellent and value for money. Hotel room was manageable size for for 4 people. However beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean and they cleaned it everyday as new. Had good breakfast and I really enjoyed the dinner. For dinner buffet, there were different options at everyday and restaurant staff were very helpful/polite and professional.

Metro was not close to the hotel but there were buses going in front of the hotel. we had to walk ~(10-15) min for the sightseeing bus center. Pool is not opened throughout the year.

Very good location next to the university campus, the breakfast is awesome.

Ok location, very good breakfast, sunbeds and pool on top floor. When asked, got gluten free bread at breakfast.

On first night had to call to reception for long and loud noises from lobby area. Had to ask if there was a party. It was just a group of people, and they asked them to move and be quiet. It would be common logic to ask people not to scream when people are trying to sleep. Allergens were not marked on any foods at the breakfast. We are living in the year 2024! Other elevator broke and wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Excellent rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good.

- Lighting in the rooms if you itnend to work during evening hours is poor. Day time is taken care of by excellent sunlight. - Wifi is not good, frequent interruptions. - Swimming pool was mentioned but was not open. - Fitness center has just one threadmill, one rowing machine. I would say it is a very basic one - Bathroom on the suite is very ordinary, slippery - Rooms are slightly on the older side , getting worn out slowly.
