Clean room, professional staff, good location in the city center of Lausanne. Reachable by feet or bus from the main train station.

Sometimes we can hear the other people in the other rooms around and in the hallway.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel because the options seemed very limited for the price.

The location is at the upper level of the town with easy access to the historic areas. There is also a funicular rail locally which goes down through the town to the lake. Dining and bars are really good with a fine selection to suit all tastes.

One problem (which was quickly resolved) was that the car parking is in the basement with the hotel reception at level 1. It wasnt working so we had to haul cases up a flight of stairs. Compounded by our room being on level 4! Staff were pretty unhappy to help us haul the cases uo 4 flights of stairs.

We loved the location of this property and it was really close to the metro, so the free transport pass enabled us to get around the city really easily. The rooms have been renovated to a high standard and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is great value and was one of the cheapest options, but also a really modern and comfortable option too. The hotel was quiet and safe and the staff were friendly too.

Expensive breakfast but we chose not to select this option as there are plenty of bakeries nearby. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Comfortable, clean and good location. Good breakfast. Excellent communication from the hotel just prior to our arrival, via booking.com, meaning they could send us the Lausanne transport card ready for our arrival and we could use it on public transport from the railway station when we arrived. Caught the bus from the station which was very easy as several stop near the hotel. Also easy access to the metro. Lots of restaurants etc walkable, however.

experience. First of all, the staff really stood out — I interacted with four different people during our stay, and every single one of them was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. That alone made a big difference. As for the room, it was just right for a short stay: comfortable and well-equipped for the night. Perfect for a brief visit. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the center of Lausanne, which made it very easy to explore the city on foot. Lastly, the value for money was excellent. Considering Swiss prices, I found it quite affordable and absolutely worth it. Definitely a place to keep in mind for our next trip to Lausanne!

Room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was fast and stable. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. There’s a bar downstairs with beer on tap which is nice for the evenings.

This is not the hotels fault, but the hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station. This would normally be no problem for me, but Lausanne is a VERY hilly city. We ended up taking the bus too and from the station. Luckily the hotel gives you a pass for free public transit, and the buses are very frequent. There’s also a metro stop that’s about a five minute walk.

Room was very clean, a good size and pretty quiet and the beds were very comfy. Location was good with easy access to the old town but is a bit of walk from the train station if you don't use the metro.

The room had minimal extra amenities that are common in other hotels (a kettle would have been nice). The wifi was also frustrating to set up as you need a phone number (which I didn't have while travelling) to validate it if you don't have an Accor account.

- The room was spacious and very well isolated (we couldn't hear anything from outside). - The windows have good shutters and curtains. - The ventilation system worked well but we still felt the need to open the window which is not possible unfortunately. - The towels were changed every day! - The bed was very comfy!!! - The breakfast price was very good, I recommend trying at least one time since everything was tasty ( boiled/scrambled eggs, sausages, multiple types of bread/ cheese / yogurt / cereals/ sliced ham, some vegetables/fruits)

The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and minimalistic. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. The hotel is close to the bus stops and it takes about 15 min to get to the city centre by bus.

The phone in the room was not working and was not repaired after request. The shower cabin was leaking in the bathroom (it was not possible to close the shower doors hermetically), so there was always water on the floor. In the other room (we booked an additional night) there was no wardrobe or even a clothes hanger/shelf, thus we had to put our clothes on the only chair we had - was super uncomfortable. There was no disinfection liquid in sanitisers at the entrance and no sanitisers in the bar/canteen where the breakfast was served.
