This is our second time staying at this beautiful hotel, and it won’t be our last. It’s a slice of paradise. The cleaning staff are really kind and do an amazing job, as do all the staff- they really go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and feel at home. The pool is so peaceful, you’d never know you were in the heart of a busy area of Costa Adeje, yet you can walk out the back entrance of the hotel right to all the bars/ restaurants and the beach! The bed is huge and really comfy, and we especially love filling up on the delicious hotel breakfast. We love it here, it’s the perfect base while we drive around the island, exploring the varied and beautiful Tenerife.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Pool area is great and peaceful, rooms are clean, good breakfast. Also they gave us a better room when we asked for it and the new room was exactly what we had expected. Short walk to several restaurants etc.

We booked our trip quite early and asked for a certain floor level. In spite of that, we were given a room in a lower floor. But the staff was friendly and we got a better room upstairs from 2nd day onwards. That was good news!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants and shops. Despite the location, it's also a really quiet area at night time. The hotel facilities are excellent, nice restaurants, including a pool side one, and there is lots of choice at breakfast, where you can sit out in an open air terrace and enjoy your breakfast. I love the pool at this hotel, it's heated to perfection, and never too busy. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. This is my favourite hotel in Costa Adeje, really recommended.

Whilst it's not something I'm interested in, the evening entertainment is not great, and seldom draws much of a crowd.

Rooms were clean and visited by cleaning staff each day. Room was a good size, with nice balcony. The heated and cold pools were incredible. Breakfast had excellent selections. Hotel staff at reception and bar were very welcoming. Gym had a good range of equipment for workout too. Location could not have been better.

The à la carte breakfast was great but not available to everyone. Convenient location. Perfectly heated temperature pool which is rare for a Spanish hotel. Perfect for disabled people as everywhere seemed to have ramps or lifts and it was popular with the less able walkers. We had a secluded sun trap of a balcony in room M502, photo attached.

No pool bar as such you can go to so getting drinks around the pool isn’t that easy as you’re often trying to find a waiter to serve you. For some a little too near to the bars along the promenade as you can just hear the bass from the music even though they have obviously tried to drown it out with water features which themselves can be a bit overpowering. Buffet breakfast was good not fantastic

Breakfast in La Cupola was excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold breakfasts and attentive service. We also dined in La Cascada Restaurant on several nights and enjoyed the buffet dinner in the Solandra Restaurant one night. These were also very good for the choice of food and wine and the level of service. Our room (Ucanca 501) was very comfortable and had a large terrace with fine views of the resort and the sea.

The hotel used to have its own travel agency for arranging excursions. Now, you have to enquire at the reception about excursions. On one occasion, a couple of the reception staff were less than helpful about an excursion we wished to book, telling us that the place we wanted to visit was hard to get to and there was nothing there to see (although it is widely advertised in Tenerife and in guide books). We subsequently complained to the manager who did talk to the staff and their attitude became rather more positive.

Our experience was first class from the beginning of our visit. As has been mentioned before, the reception staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I also want to single out the young manager that attended to our questions and requests. He was very customer oriented and helpful. Normally I don't focus too much on reviewing hotel staff, but in this case it is warranted, as it really stands out compared to many other 5 Star hotel I have stayed in. We had a really nice room and our requests were fully met. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view over the pool and garden, and we even had seaview. Some reviewers have mentioned that the rooms seem dated. Perhaps the design is not what a newly built hotel would use, but personally I actually really liked it overall. The room is really big and where do you still get a walk-in closet these days? When we asked for a late check-out we were offered to move our luggage to a courtesy room with toilet and shower. Exactly what we needed! The pool landscape is fantastic and the garden landscape is very well taken care off. We enjoyed both the heated saltwater pool and the slightly cooler pool with waterfalls. Also the large whirlpool was a delight. I'd like to mention something about the nearby beaches: One of the reasons I chose the Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria was its closeness to the Playa del Duque, which is often referred to as one of the nicest beaches on Tenerife, because of its golden color sand. Well, I can tell you, this is definitely not or no longer true! The color of the "Duque Beach" is just the same grayish tone as the much closer Playa de Fanabe. I guess the imported Sahara sand has been blown away over the years. Don't get me wrong in my opinion, Playa del Duque is still a worthwhile beach to go to, but it is at least a 15 minute walk from the hotel while Play de Fanabe is right in front of the hotel and its sandy beach and the clean water of the Atlantic was just as nice.

Before our arrival I debated for a long time if I should keep my reservation at the Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria because of its rather high price even in November. You can definitely find cheaper options and vacation rentals with community pools closeby are also a good alternative. However, at the end I am very happy that we kept our reservation as spending time in the "oasis" that the pool and garden landscape offers combined with the hotels location near the promenade and two nice beaches is quite unbeatable. I still think the price is too high, but the overall very enjoyable experience of our stay sort of balances out that only pain point.

Have stayed at this hotel 8/9 times, and its always excellent; Rooms are a very good size with outside space on every room containing 2 full size sunbeds, as well as a small table and 2 chairs; Bathroom is excellent with a great shower; Breakfast is buffet style and is VERY comprehensive and sets you up for the day; 2 pools, one salt water pool is heated to 29 degrees all year round; the other is 'Bracing' so a bit like swimming in the North Sea off England - Its very cold, but invigorating. There is NO Shortage of sunbeds at the pools; No rushing to get you towel out there at 7am in the morning; I usually went out at 10am each day and found lots of beds without any issue at all. This is a great hotel, great rooms, great food, and immediate access out to the beach and shops/restaurants that line the seafront in Fanabe. What's not to like ?

Friendly and attentive staff, pool area. Exit from the hotel on the oceanside, very convenient when you want to go swimming not in the pool, but in the ocean. Waiters walk around the pool, you can order drinks and food and you will be brought directly to your sunbed. You are given 2 towels for each person, one for the sunbed, and one to wipe yourself.

Breakfast could have been a little better, in particular, I didn't like almost all of the meat offered for breakfast. Especially not tasty sausages, there were several variants, some I would say for a lover, but others just tasted like toilet paper. Otherwise, the breakfast was good. The work on the territory of the hotel begins at 07:00, and already at 07:30 you can hear how in the neighboring room is cleaning, and on the street, staff walks with special air guns and removes leaves from the paths, noise insulation from the side of the door is very bad, so it interfered.

The hotel provided a wide range of local and international products for breakfast, all of them of superb quality. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well and quietly. It came as a pleasant surprise that the pools have salt water, resembling the ocean. The waterfalls at and behind the pools are amazing. Getting to the ocean through the backdoor of the hotel is not only comfortable, but it also provides a breath-taking passage through jungle-like vegetation if one is taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
