everything was great. clean room and bathroom. breakfast was perfect and delicious. dinners were also very delicious. every day was something different but there was also same food everyday but it was good. perfect location. 2minutes walk to beach and it’s locTed almost in city centre. everything is close. great cleaning service of the room. when we slept little longer room was cleaned anyway when we left. parking is free.

2 things. 1. walls of the hotel are extremely thin. at night everything can be heard from every surrounding room. (it can be problem to prople who have poor sleep) 2. opening hours of pool. 10:00 - 18:00. it opens too late and closes early

Very clean and modern hotel.

Not enough sunbeds around the pool area, people putting towels on sunbeds at 6am, then not using them until nearly lunchtime!

Really comfortable and clean room. I highly recommend the pool view rooms as they are quiet at night and don't overlook the bars. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, from warm items such as eggs, bacon, and sausages, to lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, jams, cold cuts, cereal, and healthier items like seeds and oats. Great location too, it was very central and close to the beach. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and in my room.

Breakfast foods could be served warmer (eggs, bacon, sausages etc) and the coffee served could be better. Pastries were not great either. Sound insulation inside the hotel isn't great, I could hear the noises from the corridors and the hallways from my room and it woke me up a few times in the night. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

location was perfect, mins from the beach and in the centre of Palma Nova. Nice room, good air conditioning, good shower, good WiFi and comfy beds. All very clean and staff were friendly. All inclusive food was okay - not the biggest choice but always found something tasty. Staff always clearing up - was all very efficient. Didn’t have to queue at the bar and drinks were ok for all inclusive. Pool area and gardens very well kept and clean. Sunbeds generally gone by 9am but wasn’t crazy 6am starts. started to get busy around 8am.

Snacks for all inclusive were poor…really needs to be better. Sunbeds “reserved” for hours at a time and nothing is done about this- there are signs up saying it is not allowed - but nobody does anything about it….really must be better and was frustrating.

Hotel is probably best option for stay in Palmanova in combination of facilities and service. Rooms are pretty big ones comparing with other hotels at the price, cleaning was done every day. Hotel is 5 min from the 2 beaches. All the staff is very responsive and ready to help. I took HB option, breakfast are superb with focus on english breakfast and many other stations (jogurts, fruits, local food). Dinner was superb as well, there were different options of meats, fish on the top of dishes prepared on grill. The only problem I mentioned was soundproofing in rooms, especially evening time, but that is a small one.

hotel was clean and comfortable, food choices were excellent and bar staff lovely. Entertainment was offered during the day but if you didn;t want to join in they left you alone. There is a quieter garden area seperate from the pool to sit as music around pool during the day could be loud. we like it tho you can rent nice quality pool towels for 20 euros that you can change daily if you want. fully refundable at end of stay. safe for room was 12 euros for the room , non refundable

We booked 3 rooms ground floor with terrace/patio and 2 where given down stairs underneath restaurant patio , there was no outside space and view was of a raised wall. the other room was initially on 1st floor and we had to wait to quite a long while to check into that, then when we went to check in we were moved to 4th floor room 425. room was nice but bathroom was very old fashioned and needed updating, there was no music in the evening when sitting outside near the bar area after dinner. just some background music would have been nice. when there was live music it was indoors which was too hot to sit . this is because there are nearby residential apartments but as its very lively and music during the day its a big contrast in the evening

Lovely hotel, perfect location, fabulous staff, great entertainment, fab room and shower (junior suite), kettle and coffee maker too, although they will provide kettles if u ask in other rooms.

Breakfast supurb, although green beans on one morning, evening meal not so good, theme nites, mexican, thai, chinese, but nothing else if you didnt like, never had potatoes only croquette or chips, hardly any sweets 1st nite, all gone, would stay again on Bed and Breakfast basis, whether because of early in season possibly.

Everything was great for us during our stay. Rooms spacious, comfy and cleaned daily. Good variety for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We thought it was fab that they put on various entertainment throughout the day and in the evening, but it was never too much or too cheesy! The hotel is in a prime location - near the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s a great value for money.

I liked the location because there is a bus stop, shops and nice inexpensive restaurants nearby. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The property looks as it was advertised.

The floor was too wet after cleaning a few times, and it would take it a few hours to dry, so I had to wipe it with the towel. I noticed that one cleaning lady would leave too much water on the floor after cleaning, but other cleaning ladies were great. I could hear other people in the hall at night. The cleaning lady took away a blanket and left us just a sheet in the bed.

Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Dinner too was very good. Restaurant was clean and spotless with good air conditioning. The location of the hotel was ideal with shops, bars and restaurants very close and near to the beach. Bus stop across the road for a trip to Palma. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaners. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it

I had a very small bath in my room but when I complained about it, I was moved to another room with a walk in shower. Very helpful reception staff, nothing was too much trouble for them
