We went to INNSIDE by Melia with the whole family and had an amazing stay. The views are stunning and the pool area is nicely located and shielding from the wind. We especially liked the food, the fresh fruits and omelette station in the morning and evening menu with many different options ever night were excellent. The stay would not have been the same without the waiter Pedro, who made sure that I would get bread and cakes gluten-free - I didn’t even have to ask. He was so kind and helpful, and would already spot us from afar and get everything ready for us proactively. We felt very special and well taken care of throughout the stay - thank you! The rooms were also very nice, highly recommend to take sea view. The Yoga lessons in the morning and live music in the evenings were great entertainment. Thank you for a great stay!

Gym was very small and not well equipped - could be improved!

overall we enjoyed our stay, superb breakfast and evening buffet. great location for windsurfing and kitesurfing.

suggestions for improvement: some dishes were not very warm/ sometimes already cold, there must be a better solution to keep the food warm over a longer period. The cats in the restaurant area are an absolute no go! I witnessed several times during breakfast and dinner that the cats were urinating the table legs and heating lamps. the hotel management response in the reviews ,,we are animal friendly and work with a animal shelter company" is in my opinion just an excuse for not caring about the situation. the evening "entertainment" programm is very weak to non existing at some evenings there is live music for 1-2 hours ending at 10pm, thats it at least during our stay in may for 7 days.

Delicious breakfast, very stilish and nicely decorated room, wonderful location, ideal for finding peace of mind, one can only hear the wind in the evenings from the terrace, they also organised live music for 1h every evening which was a lovely addition to the already wonderful and peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking location (remote, right on the Sotavento beach). Quiet and adults only hotel which was perfect for relaxing

The only improvement I saw was the lack of a coffee machine or at least a tea kettle in the room and some basic snacks. Also, the location is perfect if you rent a car or want to pay 100eur for a taxi from the airport. So it has pluses and minuses. I much prefer it to the agitation of the cities, but am well aware there might be people who find it too remote. The lunch was also a clear minus unfortunately both the caesar salad and my partner s burger were quite low standard and bad quality for such a lovely hotel.

The room with the garden was the best investment we made among the available options. The room was big but with the dehors it was like having a villa with a view. The breakfast was excellent with variety and quality on all possible choises of food.

The hotel description was mentioning a SpA which instead was closes. The yoga was available only on selected days whilst we were expecting to be able to do it everyday like in other similar hotels. The quality of the tea bags at breakfast could be improved

Our stay in Costa Calma was amazing, just the perfect winter break!!! Location fantastic and super peaceful, very kind and helpful Staff, Room with amazing view and the restaurant had amazing food! Everything was just perfect!!! Highly recommended!

The only thing we found not convenient were the two sigle bed in the room. We would have loved a double or king bed!

This was our second stay. All in all, lovely hotel with good facilities and well appointed rooms. The surrounding landscape is stunning, great views and incredible beaches. The food was all in good order however the labelling could be better. The live entertainment was also very good with a great bar and fantastic views over the wider vistas.

Limited number of parking spaces on the same level as the hotel entrance and a lack of room amenities such as iron, ironing board and tea making facilities however some were provided on request.

- Room really well decorated. Very big and really comfortable. Mattress was also comfortable. perfect to rest and recharge - Great quality breakfast and dinner - Free parking - The Ginger Bar lounge is really pleasant (had also option to play board games) - Infinity pool is very pretty with an excellent view - The green choice program (ask in reception) is a win-win situation (take care of environment, help employees and save money)

Nothing really significant, it was an excellent stay, but just a couple of small things - On the first day we had several mosquitos that were inside of the bedroom without opening any windows - This is just a detail, but depending on the location of your room, sometimes it can be a mini-maze to understand how to get around - Wi-fi connection was fine, but sometimes depending on the location had some glitches For sure, will come back to this hotel

Cookers and food really top! Landscape and swimming pool, but too few laying sunbath beds during peak hours. No parking lots close to main entrance, and just 5 of them for a hotel with over 100 rooms!

No proper parking place; difficult to park close to main elevators for kite material transportation; too enough elevators; difficult access to beach; no proper hanging for drying up kite material and neopren at rooms. Difficult to socialize, no a real kiters hotel…

It was a wonderful hotel. The fact that it was adults only was fantastic. The hotel was located in the south where it wasn’t busy with tourists. With the rental car we could get anywhere we wanted to. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. Every evening they surprised us with new dishes. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. And they had these amazing live shows every night.

I can’t really think about anything that I would have wanted differently.

We loved the view from the pool (with nice loungers), the nearby beach/lagoon, the design of the rooms, the great balcony with the room, the general vibe, the plants and wildlife. We came end of august, it wasn't too crowded and we had a blast.

It's one small thing : when you go for dinner (even if you have pre-booked and paid already), the staff will immediately ask you what you want to drink, if you don't know or order straight away, they take away your drinking cups. So if you want to drink, even water, you HAVE to order. This breaks the nice general a bit, because everything else at the hotel is SUPER nice.
