Location for us was perfect. The beachfront walk was beautiful & made us walk every morning after breakfast to keep us away from filling our faces with food. The staff were friendly & always greeted you wherever you were in the complex. The rooms were clean & and the beds are comfortable.

Only 2 drinks per adult when ordering, which was fine for us, whether alcoholic/ non-alcoholic.. Long queues at the pool bar, but that was due to staffing shortages. Wifi around the pool area not very good..

The staff is amazing, we are travelling a lot but honestly the staff in this hotel is extremely nice and friendly. The show for the kids and adults was very entertaining. The hotel is not super modern but the food and staff amazing 👌

- Very friendly and helpful staff. - Great and engaging animation team. - Abundant food. - Huge and beautiful garden with pools and kids' facilities. - Lovely ambiance. - Strong wifi everywhere. - Quiet location if you come to relax mostly. - More than enough sun longers. - Modern rooms. It is a perfect location if you're after a relaxing week in a quiet location sunbathing, swimming and just generally if you just want to worry about nothing in a beautiful subtropical environment.

It's not what I didn't like but more like what could have added to my stay even more. - A quick access gate to the staircase down to the beach at the rear of the property is much needed. The main and only entrance is at the far end and you need to make a long detour if you're heading for the beach. - A gym would be great with machines and free weights. The outdoors gym is great but would have been good to have a regaular one too. - The matress was far from the best and I woke up sore every morning. But I guess for a week or so it is fine. These are just minor things and we had a very good time all together. I would come back but I definitely want to try the other Lopesan Hotels as well.

The room size was amazing, with a view to match. The swimming pools were great, the kids loved the slides. The food was varied, hot, tasty, and we loved it.

The distance from reception to the Master Suite rooms is 500m, it probably needs to state that in the hotel info because anyone with walking issues would struggle. The evening entertainment was ok, but would benefit from more acts brought in from outside rather than relying too heavily on the (very hard working, lovely) entertainment staff,

Perfect place to stay with small kids, from 0 to 7 yo i think, we went with out 2.5 yo and she had a blast, besides we enjoyed it as well, as it was easy fir us to entertain her and be entertained ourselves)) the whole place is perfectly planned - quite spacious to have several pools, playgrounds, big restaurant and bars, but not too big, to get tired with a small kid, accessible for the strollers everywhere, quite green. The best of all was the room (we had suite), it was like a small apartment with separate bedroom and leaving room, both had tvs, also there was separate wardrobe room. The balcony was spacious Food was quite ok, there was always a choice of healthy options as well as deep fried and sweet. Drinks were quite ok too, drinkable, not a great wine or juice, but ok to relax, cocktails had terrible colors, never tried them)) if you prefer quality spirits it’s better to take upgraded option for 14€/day. Ahh, and the entertainment team was trying superhard to entertain, the kidd were happy with disco and a Panchi shark)) There is also a adult-only part of the hotel, but it’s quite reduced, I wouldn’t go there.

From the moment and were greeted by the friendly, helpful and professional Mey I knew we would have a great holiday. The all inclusive package is a must and soooo worth it. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. The evening shows were great and always entertaining. We had a fantastic holiday at a very awesome resort , thank you 🙏🏻

Nothing negative to say about an amazing place

We stayed for two weaks. Hotel is located in very good spot. Shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You have easy access to San Agustin beach and one more beach that is smaller with very few people enjoying wild nature. Breakfest was very good. Good choice of food and delicious. Same for lunch and dinner. Hotel takes large area with beautiful pool areas with very good looking tropical plants and trees. Must pay a lot of credit to the staff, because I think they are doing their job with a lot of hard work and devotion. Rooms were kept every day by cleaning and changing bed lining. Restaurant staff still smiling after long days of hard work. Animation team was incredible by making live performances every evening at the levels of professional performers and keeping children interested in different activities during the day. Our son loved the animation team. Talented young people they are. Speciall thanks to Guillermo at the counter desk. He was very kind and professional solving any question with great regard speaking very good english. I saw someone shouting out for zero reasons, but Guillermo managed that calmly as usually. Hotel has a storage room for luggage in case you have a late flight home, so you can enjoy the island after checking out. We even got a room after for showering end prepare us for going home. I don't know what else could I ask for.

the beds were little bit light weighted and they were moving together with myself when i was turning at night. But I am quite tall and heavy so maybe this inconvenience does not exist with people of normal size :) Thats the only thing.

The hotel overall was very good, clean, lovely grounds and pools, good selection of food. The entertainment could be better, and indoor entertainment for teenagers at night would be good, when the evenings are colder... My teenagers used the gamezone and played pool, both of which cost money. But overall we would definitely stay again!

Needs more entertainment, also an indoor option / free games room.

Hotel is great value for money - food and drinks available at all times - Pools were amazing for the kids - Lots of seating area around the pool and big grass area for those who dont want to get wet. great activities for the kids. the staff were very kind and friendly

The food could have been better - but its totally understandable when its buffet and have to cater for so many - overall it was good

It was really clean!! The staff were constantly cleaning all areas of the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. The entertainment was really good and they tried so hard to perform their best. The food was good and had a wide selection with the best ice cream! Beer and wine on tap along with non alcoholic drinks so you could help yourself when you wanted. Was really impressed by everything!!

The WiFi wasn’t great in some parts of the hotel.
