Amazing service from beginning to end, we expected mediocre food from the resort, went out for dinner the first night and ended up staying in for the rest of our meals as all dishes on offer far exceeded my expectations. Room was brilliant for size and what I needed it for with a brilliant view. All the staff were lovely and made you feel welcome wherever you went.Drinks were amazing. Was 12 of us in total and was lovely to finally be able to get everyone together in such a beautiful place. Check in and check out were both quick and super easy

The food isn’t as good as it used to be years ago - although there’s still lots of nice options to choose from, if you do get bored there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. We had a premium family room in the more traditional part of the building - great sized room however felt that the bathroom was a bit tired - stayed in the actual hotel before and the bathroom’s are really lovely and modern. Having to pay additional for the premium drinks package!

This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views. We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem. The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb. There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

The room was quite small with limited space for our two suitcases.

The staff was wonderful. The food service & beverage service was great. Pools sparkling clear & clean.

We stayed in a suite with great views of the ocean & the volcano. Living room furniture VERY DATED & uncomfortable. Dining chairs shows wears and backs appear to need reglueing. Bed mattress too hard to our liking.

Great food, different dishes every night and plenty of options to choose from. The MiniClub for kids is great and the staff is very committed to showing the kids a good time. Would 100% recommend for a holiday with kids.

Wi-Fi doesn’t reach all parts of the hotel and there is live music until 23.30 which is somewhat audible in the rooms although on the 5th floor it was okay.

Nice rooms, pools, bar, restaurant and food overall. The hotel is big enough and you always have something to do. It also offer transportvia buss if you dont rent a car

A few bugs in the restaurant but since it was opened I hope they were from outside( the entire island is full of kitchen bugs.) Loud crazy kids in the +18 pool area. The music from the “4ever fun” club was very loud, our room being upside so there were no chance to sleep until 1 am.(not a big problem for us but for older ppl this may be annoying)

Rooms are clean, Miniclub was very nice for kids, with nice staff and interesting activities. The pool is also very nice, with music and many activities for kids and adults. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Evening activities and shows were also very fun.

The roof terrase is only for adults, so we could not stay with our kids to enjoy the view and have a drink. The music in the evening miniclub was very very loud, I think it can affect the hearing, especially for small kids.

We had all inclusive, but my daughter was stopped by the staff at least once a day with a question does she have all inclusive or not. It's really complicated. We paid big money, and had to explain every time when the kids wanted to drink a soft drinks. Last day eating last meal the staff came over with the same question. It was embarrassing as all the people were staring at us. By the door the staff check the room number, but they stalking you. It looks like you do something wrong. The hotel has to do something about it.

Very clean hotel and rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, thanks a mill to chefs and waiters they did a great job. Special to thanks to staff in SPA, very professional. Swimming pools are absolutely fantastic, enough of sunbeds. Definitely recommend to the friends and family.

lovely hotel, lovely staff, very clean throughout with great pools that always had plenty of sun loungers available. rooms were cleaned daily. beautiful spa on site. adult only roof top was lovely with great views and great cocktails, although not included in the all inclusive but they were half price. hotel in a great location 15mins walk to los Cristianos beach and only a 5min taxi to Las Américas costing about 4euros! hotel offer a free shuttle bus to los Cristianos beach every 30mins but we prefer to walk so didn’t use it.

this was our first all inclusive holiday, the food was very hit and miss, good selection and variety but definitely not the “best food ever” like some of the reviews say but certainly not the worst either. some days were better than others. The alcohol included was very poor Quality and not a very big selection included but you could pay extra for the better stuff. the all inclusive “wine” in the draft was like vinegar but the bottled wine at dinner was really nice! adult only rooftop bar was beautiful but would be better if stayed open longer as closed at 6/7pm.
