The staff at this hotel are all helpful and friendly, without exception. It was very easy to get a taxi, from right outside the hotel. (We travelled by taxi quite a bit, due to the heat) It was great to have a cool room, with air con and also a roof top pool to cool off in! Slippers and robe were useful around the pool area, and pool bar, especially the slippers as the floor area by the pool got very hot! We found it useful to have charging points which didn't need plugs/adaptors. We had plenty of cold water and a fridge. Hotel breakfasts set us up for sightseeing. There was a great selection of fruit and I liked the scrambled egg.

Everything was excellent! The pool was smaller than I expected but was not busy when we used it at lunchtimes. At busy times, people tended to have a brisk "cool off" and get out swiftly. We had to keep asking for more teabags and were charged room service for some fresh milk! We had to keep asking for more

Great location. Love that Movistar concert venue was so close and walking to shops and restaurant was wonderful.

The main restaurant at the hotel was a fail waited Nearly 30 minutes to get service and once we finally placed our food order. After an hour when we realized our food wasn’t coming and we had a concert to go to we decided to leave. Therefore we went to the concert on an empty stomach. Not the worst thing just Bad service!! Thank goodness the concert was amazing!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good, close to the metro.

Rooms are not sound proof, we were able to hear all the noise from the street and the other guests, very difficult to have a full night sleep, they should put ear plugs for the customers. The staff was nice to accommodate an extra bed for our son, we had requested it when we booked but the request was read as we arrived. The manager was short and rude, even when approached just to say merry Xmas and thanks for the extra bed „no puedo ayudarte ahora“, maybe he was caught in a bad moment. Reception is always noisy and busy, difficult to find a spot to relax.

Room with terrace is great, equipped with iron and board. The greatest breakfast with variety of different choices. Close to the metro, city center is 20 mins by foot. Top roof swimming poll for kids.

Parking is limited by car dimensions, so had to park at Movistar Arena. Water pressure in the shower was bad. Top roof swimming poll is small and 1m in depth only, small surrounding area with sun beds (it seems bigger on photos).

The hotel is really nice and offers many amenities. The room had a good size, and it was very clean. The bar and pool on the 7th floor are really nice. The hotel is well located, not that close to Gran Via, but easy to move from there to everywhere.

The only thing that I did not like is that the assigned smoking area is the terrace just outside the entrance of the hotel. So, every time you go in or out the hotel, you are getting smoked. Not nice at all.

Good location, close to Bus stations and Metro , close to city center , very clean , staff was super friendly and helped us recover a lost backpack from the Airport bus , breakfast was very good with variety of products to pick from. Early checkin was a bonus !

Staff very helpful (they helped us finding out about some of our travel documents, from the distance - via mobile conversation -). That helped us avoid big 'headaches'... Besides that, location is excellent and even within walking distance reach to the main Madrid Central hotspots.

Windows could have a better sound proof standard. Eve though we were in the back alley, some noise from the street was getting in the room.

Very standard business hotel. Practical and clean and very big common spaces. Huge buffet with lots of people but was always filled. And tasty. Meets all possible sweet and savoury options, vegan, etc…

Too bad pool is really small and has limited hours in the summer (closed at 7pm). We wanted a place to cool off and you can basically stand while small kids play. Nice for little kids, but limiting to share as of age 8-10.

Its a super comfortable place to be with kids as they have great breakfast service and amazing food options on site. The room was comfortable, had great little amenities like the bathroab, good toiletries and reslly comfortable beds. The location is really great to walk to places like El Retiro, Puerta de Alcala and the beautiful barrio of Salamanca. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and was super helpful in recovering an item left behind by the pool.

One of the biggest Novotel in Europe. Very clean hotel with a nice smell in the lobby. Yuri was extremely helpful and friendly with us and the kids. One inconvenience i wasn’t aware of is that i couldn’t add my ALL accor points because I booked through Booking. If this will always be the case I wouldn’t book through bookingcom anymore. Room is just not very spacious but enough. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a beautiful terrace. The lifeguard not the most friendly but that’s fine. Food is very good and the breakfast is very generous and varied.

I felt it was a bit far from the centre where we had to walk 20 min or take the bus/taxi. Rooms for a family of four may be a little squeezed. Could train the lifeguard how to communicate with kids.
