The location is very central and within walking distance of the centre of town. The room was nice and clean, and the spa area with a jacuzzi and sauna was nice as well. Breakfast had a big range of food to choose from and was good value for money.

The sound insulation of rooms could be better, you could hear people in the hall or in rooms above. it was bearable though.

The family room we booked was actually two adjoining rooms, accessed through one "front" door. Each room had it's own bathroom and toilet with the smaller room being access through the larger one. The smaller room had a small balcony. There was a TV (to which material could be "cast") and fridge in the larger room. Plentiful storage in both rooms for 4 people on a week-long stay. Good bar and restaurant options within 5 minutes walk. 2 minutes walk would get you to the seafront with more bars and restaurant and a nice promenade on which to walk/run. Good breakfast choices in the morning with meats, cheeses, bread and pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit etc. Bar and restaurant service outside of breakfast was very good and the one dinner we had in the hotel was very good. The original art on the walls was a nice touch and the facade of the hotel really stands out. Parking can be found (if you're lucky) on the street once you stick within the designated white lines. Otherwise there's plentiful parking in the underground car park adjacent to the hotel - just remember to get the QR code from reception before you enter the car park - drop the car outside reception and run in before parking as otherwise it's €24 per day (approx. €12 per day with the hotel provided code).

Beds are probably more suited to shorter stays as my back ached a little by the end of the week but that could well be a personal problem rather than one related to the bed itself.

The rooms were perfect, clean and tidy. The hotel pool was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

On one occasion we were short changed by the staff. We thought he said it was 34 euros but when the bill came it was onlt 13 euros. We did not get any change and so we know he pocketed the 20 euros. 4 of us at the table witnessed our friend pay the 34 euros (which we thought was expensive but as we hadn't been in palma before were unsure of pricing). When we asked him about this he denied having the extra money.

Excellent location, the number 4 bus outside takes you straight into the centre or in opposite direction to one beautiful beach called Les Illetes. You're right next to the boats, walks distance to everything. Beautiful area. The staff were lovely. The family suite was excellent. The kids had a separate room and bathroom and a tiny balcony connected to our room. It was perfect! The hotel is covered in art which is amazing. Also the international breakfasts were excellent every day.

The steam room wasn't working all week but everything else in the spa was brilliant. They called us a taxi to the airport and failed to mention that it would only fit 4 out of 5 of us and apparently we should have booked a taxi but otherwise it was flawless.

The staff were lovely, from the check-in desk to the lovely staff in the bar/restaurant. The entire hotel was full of art and loved the exhibition room with the interactive art on the floor! I always find I have a lovely experience in a hotel with a good shower—the pressure of the shower was amazing! I also spent an hour or so in the spa, and whilst small it was perfect, I did however enjoy it all to myself, probably due to time of the year.

The bed was the only thing I can even remotely complain about, it wasn't the comfiest, but if you're using this hotel as a base, it was good enough!

The hotel is situated just by the marina one row back, so you see the marina in between the buildings in front. It’s very quirky and arty And has a wonderful spa. We were delighted as they had to put us in one of the best rooms in the hotel number 602, and it had its own private terrace with sun lounges. Beds were memory foam and super comfortable and the breakfast was great. Really good value for money and I would highly recommend.And has a wonderful spa. Good location (easy bus route or walk along the marina/sea front - about 1.3km from the Cathedral area); big room with air con; really good breakfast and outside eating space); very welcome rooftop plunge pool; indoor spa; loads of art around; perfect for an off-season (early October) - and therefore quiet - break.

We stayed in the "family room" for 4 people, so we had two rooms - one with a king bed and one with 2 twins. We were able to find street parking a few blo ks away. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The room felt a little stuffy, not very cold. The shower randomly changed temperature, but not too drastically. The pools were nice, albeit a little small. The sauna was great! As was the cold shower. The whirlpool and waterbed were not very hot. Overall, it was a great place for 4 people.

Very interesting building and art. Comfortable and good breakfast. Place for bicycle.

A little away from the historic centre

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the seafront that we could walk along into the town centre. We loved the arty decor and the staff were really friendly and patient with me trying out my Spanish. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choice and some lovely handmade pastries/cakes.

We were told we had to request a key for the indoor spa and pool to make sure it didn’t get too crowded, but not for the outdoor pool. The photos of the outdoor pool made it look a lot bigger than it is, and in reality when we went for a swim despite there being only a few people sitting around it, there was no space at all to put our towels down or sunbathe which was disappointing. Perhaps a booking system would be fairer?
