We had a great vacation. You can enter the sea directly from the hotel with stairs. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach. The pool is very nice. The drinks at the pool bar were nice, but there is a lot of queue because the employees are a little slow. Our room was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. Negative features : The staff at the pool bar is a bit slow and there is a queue. - Lots of cheese for lunch and dinner, but not enough for breakfast - Drinking water was not available in bottles but only in glasses during bar hours, so we had to buy water for the night from the market.

Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Away from the noise of Magaluf, but a short walk to the liveliness! Room was clean, fully equipped with everything you would need, and more spacious than we expected! Both pools were lovely and clean and offered beautiful scenery overlooking the sea. The bars and snack bar staff were always very friendly and had a large selection of food and drinks on offer. The hotel entertainment was unlike anything we have ever experienced before, a really nice atmosphere was created all evening and would be perfect for family’s with young children! We wanted to say thank you to JP at reception and Santiago in the restaurant for always being so helpful and making us feel welcome every single day. We plan to return to the leonardo royal hotel soon.

Everything was amazing, starting from check in, rooms, view, food, pool, beach, location... I would stay in Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca again and again :) Thank you for nice vacation

People reserving sun lounges (4 sun beds were reserved) 2 days in the rows and those please shows up around 4 o'clock. It should be monitored, if nobody there for the last 30 min the towels should be taken out and placed in a designated area and freed up for people who would like to use it.

We had a very relaxed holiday at Leonardo Royal hotel. Everything was exceptional and beyond our expectations from the friendly check in staff to the fabulous breakfast lunch and dinner buffet. The food was first class and such a wide variety to choose from. Location was perfect next to beach as well as nightly entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel and while it is a four star hotel I would certainly rate it as five.😊 I would like to thank all the staff at Leonardo for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable. Hope to return soon!

Very nice hotel, we had a sea view which was beautiful. Breakfast was lovely, nice location to the beach front 2 min walk. 2 pools that could be used.

Nothing thay would put me off coming back, but a few things that might not suit some people, the snack bar was out the hotel, across the road and into another hotel. Also, the all-inclusive was difficult and confusing. At lunch and dinner, the beer and wine were open to everyone. Even if you were half or full board. Same with the soft drinks. But you could get a cocktail from the lounge bar for €2 which was good. The beds were a bit flimsy, but we did see that they had new ones. Also, the meat that was on offer at dinner, like pork chop or steak, was very tough and overcooked. All silly things, but I just thought I'd note it

Beautiful location overlooking the beach, easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants and great all round hotel. Family rooms were a great size, pool area was immaculate and everything is very clean and well maintained.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, the location was perfect walking distances to everything we wanted. It was a very clean hotel. We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we come back to palmanova.

Just returned from a holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel. This is our second time at this hotel, we returned again because of the great location. I want to say that the hotel has improved a lot. We were satisfied with everything: the service, the food and the entertainment. The food was very tasty, a large selection of dishes for every taste, thanks to the chefs. The service in the restaurant and at the reception was at a high level. The staff at the pool bar are wonderful, a big thank you to Jairo, Yolanda, Sahaad. And a huge personal thank you to the wonderful animators Anastasia, Alberto and Polina for being with us all the time, supporting us in conversations, entertaining us, keeping our children busy, organizing great sports competitions during the day and wonderful evenings. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends.

Amazing experience I was travel with 3 boys 2 early 20s and 10 years old. The food was lovely The views where amazing. The staff where lovely special Edwardo the entertainment and outdoor activities there is actually kayaking included in the activities plus so much more.. I loved it

I did not like the fact it was located so close to Magaluf but the old boys loved it, for me best staying out of Magaluf but nice having a mix if u want relaxing days and wilder nights I guess. The hotel is very strict security so nobody gets in without a band. You could just stay on the Palma side but the main strip is only a short distance.

The location is great, a few steps from the beach, and just 30 mins from the airport. There are shops very close by to get any essentials, food, clothes, souvenirs, you name it they'll have it. Its also a few minutes walk from the Magaluf strip with plenty bars, clubs and restaurants. I loved the facilities, you'll have all that you'll need. And if you're going with kids, I truly recommend this hotel. The kids club is amazing. They hold a mini disco wvery night for this kids. This is a great family hotel, my 4 year old had the time of her life You'll be well catered for, a good selection of food, drink and entertainment. They have a laundry room where you can wash and iron your clothes. I found this very convenient as I just ironed my clothes in one go and hung them up in the wardrobe ready for the next days I stayed in one of their family suites, located in another building across the street from the main building. This building also has its own pool and sky bar The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Although I found my stay comfortable, due to the set up of the suite it gets quite noisy. The suite is set up with the bedroom first as you walk in, followed by the bathroom then the living room. If it was set up where the bedroom is where the living room is, it'll be more quieter whilst sleeping. The WiFi also cut off frequently The buffet was plentiful but not the best. I unfortunately got an upset stomach after eating something that wasn't cooked well
