Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants but very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Excellent soundproofing windows/doors. Filtered water dispenser in the room. 5 star facilities. Great choice of breakfast served in the top floor restaurant with amazing views over the beach and sand dunes. Having a glass of cava with your breakfast while indulging in this view sets you up for a great day. Beautiful and classy rooftop bar. Lovely cocktails and atmosphere in the poolside bar. Our flight was at the evening and the hotel gives great opportunity to use showers and changing rooms in the spa downstairs while picking up the bags.

Initially very disappointed by the room. Standard room is nothing like presented on the photos. It was small, seemed cluttered, dark, not enough space for two people to properly unpack. Toilet itself is super small and feels claustrophobic. More expensive rooms are much bigger and very impressive. Rooftop bar stopped serving cocktails at least one hour before closing and cleaning lady was mopping the floors while we were finishing our drinks 30 minutes before closing

Everything. This place is just like Heaven, but there are so many hidden pleasures that you will feel guilty. The art, the outstanding decoration, the neverending flow of positive energy from the staff, the tranquility of the yakuzzi and swimming pools... it all creates an atmosphere of elevation and greatness that is hardly matched even by the other 5 stars hotels in the southwestern area of Meloneras. A must stay!

I didnt like the fact that I cannot stay and live in this hotel forever!

The suites were fantastic, particularly on the higher levels. Spa and massage treatments were fab. Great vibe about the hotel.

If I were to look for an area of improvement, the breakfasts were a little disorganised on some of the mornings

Hotel, room and staff wonderful. Had junior suite with garden view but could also see the ocean. Breakfast experience best we have ever had. Would be perfect if the hotel was based in the more up market area of Meloneras but we were able to get to that area easily and cheaply by bus, and even walked it once via the walkway through the Dunes

Lifts didn’t always work properly - had minds of their own- luckily we are fit so it wasn’t an issue for us. The lights in the room came on during the night at times - very odd.

Everything - such a friendly and cosy hotel - excellent rooms and breakfast as well as friendly stuff and a magnificent rooftop restaurant and bar. Sarah and guys thanks a lot for the friendly excellent welcoming and services . Stergios

The property is uniquely designed and it is easy to see the thought that has gone into it. The property is good for both summer and winter sun as water temperatures of the pools are spot on. The room looks over the garden but there is also a partial sea view. There is a lot to love about this property.

Location, pool area and staff were lovely, cleaning staff, Sara at the bar and Christian reception amazingly helpful. Fridge in room was great but the room a bit small for the price.

Bed very uncomfortable. Food only ok and very limited almost no rooom service. Sunbeds wouldn't have been enough if hotel was at full capacity. And one really annoying thing was those push close wardrobes, impossible to close. No bar if pool not open or on Monday nights.

The location, friendly staff, clever room design, great breakfasts, and excellent cocktails.

Inconsistencies in housekeeping when replacing towels, toiletries, water etc. Something was missed most days of our stay. Not a big issue, but shouldn't have happened.

All staff are professional but friendly.

Free access to the sauna/steam room would have been a good to have been included.

Brilliant hotel and staff , we will be back in the very near future and many more times after that too. The staff are multilingual speaking English. Spanish, French and German. They are very welcoming and helpful. The food is some of the best hotel food we've everything had. The hotel is mins away from Yumbo centre and the beach. The Spa area , massage and gym facilities are wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and with all important air conditioning
