Hotel was great, pools, restaurants, bars & staff all 10/10 Gym could do with some free weights.

Area surrounding the hotel was very run down, lots of abandoned shops, beach front area was also the same. Quite a dodgy tourist area. Further down the beach is nicer

We absolutely loved our stay and honestly can’t understand some of the negative reviews here. It feels like some people just enjoy finding things to complain about—I can’t imagine they’d be happy anywhere! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the food was fantastic for an all-inclusive at this price. Sure, you could probably find better if you looked hard enough, but at this value, we were more than satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially if you make the effort to speak a little Spanish—it really goes a long way! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the sea, and the pool area was lovely. The nights were quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax and unwind. Now, if I really wanted to find something to nitpick, I could mention that I wished for more power outlets in the room :-). With four tablets and two phones to charge, it was a bit of a juggling act. What we loved most was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff—they truly made our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We liked everything and will come back if we are in the area again

Everything was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable with wide bathroom. The food was very diverse and tasty. The swimming pools were very clean and water was warm. But the surprise for me was that we received a bottle of Champagne for the birthday of my wife. We haven't ordered it because it was too early but the Hotel has my admiration about being thoughtfull and for showing Class. I will recommend the place to my friends and I personaly like to be their gest again.

This is a well maintained hotel. It has a beautiful setting, great staff, loads of food choices each day. It is run by an excellent professional team that say hello and look after their guest. Plenty of entertainment shows and loads of seating areas. Attention to detail is amazing. Rather than saving money for the RIU group they ensure you always have a drink to hand and a person to help you. It was our first trip and would go back there

Excellent and various food. Fabulous drinks in the main bar. Part of the service in the main restaurant- compliments to Cesar! Very clean and well maintained rooms- thank you Fatiha. Helpful front desk.

The average age in this hotel is 60+, it’s too quiet, no music during the day, no entertainment except from the night music shows (too many German songs) and short, but beautiful piano concerts. The staff in the main restaurant is very moody- if you come half an hour before closing time, you won’t be welcome. Also, they don’t speak English well- quite often our orders were mixed up. German language is the preferred and commonly used one. The pools are too small and too crowded, all sun beds are reserved from the early morning and a lot of them are not used for many hours while other people have no place to sit and relax. We don’t recommend this hotel for families with teenagers or young people. We’ve been to many RIU hotels all over the world and have never been in as quiet and this one.

Lovely staff, they made our stay. Rooms and outside facilities all very clean The food wasn’t great, lots of fried, fairly tasteless dishes that could have done with seasoning and the cocktails were out of a machine and sickly sweet! Would have been good to have ice creams/ lollies for kids by pool.

Outstanding. Excellent service, very friendly staff, excellent food, heated pools were amazing, excellent rooms. I was impressed by outstanding level of cleanliness everywhere in the hotel (rooms, restaurant, space by the pool, communal areas and the toilets by the pool). Very impressive hotel

The entertainment was poor, with a limited schedule, and when it was on, it was generally subpar—excluding the White party at a different hotel.

Great variety and quality of dishes for all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinners) Very attentive, helpful and friendly staff (particularly at the restaurant and specially Luciano) Overall, clean premises (room, shower, corridors, reception hall, elevators, gym area, pool...)

Although the staff taking care of the swimming pool confirmed the temperature was set up around 23-24 C, we found it was not enough warm given the weather conditions at this time of the year.
