Don’t clean floor or balcony even full of dust Only thing they do is make bed using same bed sheets We had flooding during the thunderstorm we had full of water came inside apartment as balcony drain was blocked and rain could not escape from balcony

facilities are very good this is the reason for the second visit to the hotel, the food was good and pool food was goo too.

although on this occasion i did feel that the various staff was not happy and interactive as my first visit. but it was a pleasant stay all the same

The selection of food and fruit juices was excellent at breakfast. The omelettes and pancakes were fantastic. We particularly liked the wide range of fruit available porridge, yogurt and occasional local pastry. Swimming pools were great. The sports pool is great for getting in a workout and doubles as floating assault course for kids at certain times during the day. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and were always available at reception.

There was a good selection of food at dinner but the overall experience could be improved. Drinks sometimes arrive midway through meal although wine could be bought by bottle and saved for the following day. A few extra sun loungers would be good

Very clean, well-equipped apartment. Hotel facilities fantastic for my partner and I who both liked using the gym and pool. Sunbeds needed reserved by 9am latest really or your only option was to put towels down on the grass. As paying customers, there should be enough sunbeds for everyone. Staff friendly & helpful. Great location short walk to small supermarket and to all the local restaurants and bars. Lots of families and kids but not too loud at all - lovely chilled atmosphere around the pool and hotel. Very quiet in the evenings. We were self catering so never ate in the hotel.

We couldn’t get the TV screen working/TV’s didn’t work properly but we didn’t report as didn’t plan to watch TV during our stay. Room 229.

Really appreciated the variety of options and quality of food at breakfast times. The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach which is lovely. The lane pool was superb and we used it a lot during our stay.

We wished the room hadn’t had such a big step in it but accept this is a design issue and isn’t something that can be changed. However, anyone with a disability or mobility issues should be mindful of this when considering booking as we understand that most smaller rooms have this layout. There is a small fee for using the lane pool- which we would have preferred wasn’t the case - but it was still worth using. We tried to contact an external provider, which the hotel uses, to arrange a massage but never received a reply.

The hotel was brilliant - super clean, very well kept (wasn't a mark or scratch on the walls to be seen) and the pool, facilities and staff were fantastic. It started to get a little busier towards the end of the week and people got a little silly reserving sunbeds (which I find very crass), but overall the other guests were lovely and it had a pretty relaxed vibe for such a family focused hotel. The varied pools, childrens park, inflatables meant our daughter loved it!

We thought the food (outside of breakfast) was very average and we did send a Caesar salad back as the chicken was very undercooked / pink. The two ladies who worked the snack bar by the pool on occasional days were also very miserable and a bit sassy, but other than those two the rest of the staff were LOVELY! Despite the above, the facilities, overall cleanliness and general vibe means we'd not be opposed returning in the future.

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Lovely deep and inviting pool with several ledges to sit on. Lovely staff. Plenty of room in the family room. Well stocked kitchen.

Bar lady was always rude. This is not the hotels fault but there is an issue with people reserving sunbeds. I’m beginning to think that this is commonplace in all hotels in august. But there is just no need. I find it bizarre that people got up so early and plonked a husband or parent there to guard the sunbeds. What a terrible way to spend a holiday. If everyone used the sunbed when they were needed, there would be no issue.

The apartment rooms with duplex floor was great. Worked really well for us. Breakfast & Evening meals offer a good selection, but the time slot (particulalry in the morning) is a little short. The pool were good, but perhaps a little too busy at times with lots of young kids.

Service & attention to issues within the room/adjoing rooms was a little slow. Air con wasn't working in our daughters/Boyfriends roomf next door. Took a good few days to try and resolve. A window in the corridor came away from it's hinges - but didn't get repaired for the last 4-5 days of our break. Just stuck up with black gaffer tape.

Hotel is in an excellent location, few hundred meters to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Great breakfast. Enjoyed lane swimming and kids loved the obstacle course in lane pool. Kids loved the pool (perfected their dives!) ‘Showtime’ and ping pong and pool table. Bar, cleaning and entertainment staff very friendly.

The main pools are smaller than they look in the photo’s and got very busy towards the end of our week as the hotel filled. Had to put towels on loungers before breakfast (embarrassing walk of shame) which was not allowed but common practice if you wanted one. Wish the hotel enforced the rule. Also had some strange smells soft in to the room through the AC (smell of drains).

Property is perfect for young families. Located 5 mins from the beach & 10/15 mins to restaurants/shops and so while the surroundings were quiet, you are within walking distance of all you need and all around is very safe. Staff excellent and facilities great. Getting a sun bed by the pool was a challenge some days but they nearly always freed up. Breakfast was plentiful & large choice. Bring swimming hat if planning to use olympic pool. Gym excellent & open 24 hours. Cycle shop on site geared for the more serious cyclists but rental shop close by for leisure bikes & secure storage available.

We travelled as a family with teenagers, I would think the product is more suited to families with smaller children but this is not a negative. We had 2 apartments, they are a little tired in their decor but had everything. The bedroom has two single beds pushed together, beds move easily as on wheels, again we did not have an issue but to be aware.
