the hotel is well situated and has relatively good facilities (rentals, taxi arrangements, trip offers...). food was excellent 👌, also the location of our room (west part of the hotel over the main restaurant). location on the beach is very nice. pool bar is also ok 🤝👌.

rooms require reparations, but there are still useable...

Food in evening a bit repetitive if u didn’t go in early the food wasn’t hot enough. Also I wasn’t that impressed with the outside lunch bar it was nicer to go into inside dining room fir yr lunch. Maybe the spa and gym could stay open a bit longer than 18.00 maybe 20.00

Lovely hotel, staff in all areas very friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Big Pool when opened was fabulous.

All Inclusive food very repetitive for lunch and dinner. Drinks, local brands were awful. Area around pool needs power washing daily, gets very dirty.

Very big resort with everything you can dream of from a nightclub to the hairdresser! Comfortable stay and lots of facilities available.

Didn’t realise the spa was extra but it’s 18€ per person and 10 during happy hour

Bedrooms spacious, beds very comfortable. Excellent bathroom, brilliant shower. Very clean hotel. Big dining room. Have dining area in it with large tables for large family. Animation team are very good. Staff all very friendly in all areas, very helpful. All inclusive, breakfast was very good. Overall, hotel has lovely character, very spacious. Renovated Pools are brilliant.

We were All Inclusive, dinner/lunch very repetitive, alot of Pork. No Steak or Salmon. Plenty of Salads. Drinks in bar, local brands were awful. Need to upgrade this. More staff needed at night in bar, queues very long there and at lunchtime at snack bar beside pool. Mineral machine should stay open during the day, save queues at bar. Music around pool area is too loud. Place needs updating in open areas, brighter colours needed and carpets needs replacing.

Overall, the hotel and the team achieve a high level of quality of service. My wife and I had stayed there many years ago and returned this time with our 3 daughters, their partners and 4 grandchildren. The hotel lived up to our expectations and the 1/2 board option really suited our needs and tastes

I was a bit nervous about the depth of the pool with the smaller children despite that they are fearless in the water

the room was lovely great view from balcony, loved the pool area , also loved the spa , got a great facial and massage

The food wasn't for me , I was very sick after having the Italian on Saturday night, plus there is very little choice

Location is great, right on the beach close to bars, restaurants and shops and a nice walk along the promenade into Puerto Del Carmen. Rooms are spacious, everywhere very clean, breakfast is fab lots of choice.

Lovely location despite airport near by. Amazing beach next door. Heated pool really nice. Good variety of food. Entertainment staff were super friendly and hard workers, kids loved it. I would say 3* hotel. Good value for money as I find this hotel cheaper than others in the same area.

Hotel needs to be refurbished, old furniture and dated. Some of the staff not as friendly 50/50. Pool tableas and games machine do not work they just take the money and no awareness of this for clients however we got money back from reception despite the rudness of the recepcionist asking not to try again when we ask poletely to sign posted the machines not working (lots of them)

Room is ok. But dated. Some people had superior modern updated rooms which looked great. Mine was ok. Clean rooms and good maid service every day. Breakfast was so good. Fresh eggs and full English options along with continental and American style it was delicious. Sometimes lunch was better than dinner. Some days we have muscles, seafood, steaks.... absolutely plenty of choices to take! Dinner was also good. Only one day out of the 7 where I thought there was not much choice. All other days was perfect. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the Friday night and it was lovely, alot of selection. Carbonara was delicious. Drinks were good, The spiced rum was delicious. Cocktails not too good, spirits good. Beer was ok. Plenty of sunbeds, never missed out. Also between breakfast and dinner, the snack bar had pre-made rolls with cheese, ham salami. You can get food pretty much all day every day.

Entertainment in the hotel is absolutely dreadful. I know all inclusive places tend to be poor, but this was awful. Hotel bar is way too hot, the staff in there are miserable, and the entertainment is poor. We did 3 nights of this, then in the end we walked up 5 minutes to the square and drank at Peggy Smugs, Cocktail bar and Auld Triangle. Much better atmosphere, entertainment and reasonable price for drinks. Beds not too comfy, flat pillows. Slippy floors alot.
