Right on the beach with direct access.. beautiful clear sea water ..thick long fluffy pool towels provided ..spacious comfortable bedroom..very welcoming helpful staff..music at night in the bar..located at the very start of puerto del Carmen strip quiet surroundings but a pleasant walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

My stay at Las Costas Hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I left feeling 100% satisfied. The hotel is perfectly located just 25 meters from the ocean, with several exits directly leading to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sea at any time of day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable; the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, and the common areas were always spotless. The hotel staff was exceptional—polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, which made my stay even more memorable. The restaurant was outstanding, offering a wonderful variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Each meal was a delightful experience. The bar featured live music every evening, creating a fantastic atmosphere that brought people together, both young and old. The kids’ play area was also well-organized, allowing parents to relax while their children enjoyed themselves. Overall, I highly recommend Las Costas Hotel. They pay attention to every detail to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. I’m already planning my return!

Excellent staff and facilities at the hotel .Was always something for breakfast although long wait for fresh eggs as only 1 person on the station . Drinks are very reasonable for a hotel and snack options were very good during the day .Lovely pool and jacuzzi which were heated . The rooms are very spacious and spotless and house keeping was great . Only a short walk to bars and restaurants/shops. The only small gripe I had was family members of 2 guests rocking up everyday drinking cans at the pool . They were not staying there but were there every day. I thought it was resident only and bit annoying to be paying extra to stay at a hotel that anyone can use . Anyway I’m sure il stay again in the future

have to say we had no complaint with any service and not alone that but the early morning flight we had was no problem to the staff having the breakfast room open and full of fresh food. Staff could not be any more helpful. Pool, sauna all top class. Also had a massage and the guy that done the massage was first class and excellent at his job and gave me a great experience.

If i had to pick one thing it would be that you had to order and pay for water as none was provided at evening meal. But that is not a real issue and for us it was just the way thing were as lots of water for breakfast.

I found everything excellent, however the staff at the bar by the pool were quite rude. I felt as though everytime I ordered something I was bothering them.

We liked everything about the hotel, that we booked again for February 2024 before we left. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety. We didn't have dinner as we only went on a B&B Basis. Room was good size and plenty of wardrobe space

I would have liked to have an iron & ironing board in our bedroom, this was a facility not offered Also we only had 1 sunbed on the balcony and we would have liked 2 so we could both lie out to read or catch some sunrays..

room was lovely, very spacious, comfortable, cleaned daily and plenty of towel changes as we requested them. Breakfast was a leisurely affair and staff were excellent. The lovely smiling chef cooked eggs to offer and made our day. food was really good and a great variety. The pool area was spacious and again everything spotless and the surrounding gardens well maintained. We ate there most evenings and again nothing was a problem. Great food variety and cooked to our preference... and with a smile. There was a variety of music entertainment also.

It is only a small thing. There are exercise classes in the morning at the same time or after breakfast. I would prefer an earlier class even at 8.30 to nine as I can't do exercise after eating.

Meats at dinner time were dry and not good.. not v friendly for people with physical difficulties. Not wheelchair friendly I don’t think hotel should be charging daily rate for save in room and u must get a chip to operate save - this should be free

The room was spotless and had a fabulous view of the beach. It was a busy area but the voile along the sliding door meant we still had privacy. It was so quiet at night though which was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there each day and it was delicious with plenty on offer.

The air conditioning was average but not great. The pool area was very crowded and the loungers were all so close together.

This was our first time to stay in Las Costas but we have holidayed in Lanzarote many times. Las Costas is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. We were in a seaview room (1081) on a B&B basis. The beakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Staff are excellent and very attentive. We had the option of going half-board for the last few days of our stay which was excellent value for money (10 euro per person per day). Reception staff were excellent and so professional. Cleaning staff were excellent. The room was cleaned every day. Pool was spotlessly clean. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday
