So it was good for our needs, and yes, we have booked for next year again. (Because it is so accessible) My husband swam every day.!! The teenagers loved it, as all entertainment was available to them, without going to Puerto del carmen. My husband has ms, and requires lots of assistance. He was happy enough, but did not feel secure enough to go to the toilet alone. The toilet was rocking about as he dropped heavily onto it. He is 18 stone in weight, he felt insecure every time. For me it was stressful as I needed to help him on and off. We found the disabled toilet by the pool on the last day, and he felt that was perfect. Also a few issues with the toilet position in room 47 need to be addressed.

I didn't like that my husband felt unsafe trying to use the toilet. It caused the most stress every day for him

Loved the location, so near Matagourda Shopping Centre with great restaurants, gift shops, a supermarket which had everything you would need . The promenade was so scenic and just beautiful to go for a walk. The apartment and pool area exceptionally clean, staff very helpful check in process very smooth. Stayed in Nautilus 10 years ago, stayed in the busier area of Puerto del Carmen a couple of years later, but returned to Nautilus again this year....much prefer the area.

Nothing I could fault.

The apartment was spacious and spotless and cleaners came in practically everyday throughout our stay. There was plenty of room around the pool and again this area was spotless with a lifeguard present at all times. Staff were helpful and reception was manned 24/7. Matagorda itself has a selection of bars and restaurants with a lovely beach and is perfectly flat so ideal for walking , pushchairs, cycling etc...

I would have preferred a washing machine actually in the apartment but there were washing machines to use for a small fee in the complex.

The accommodation and surroundings of the complex were lovely with artwork also very good for wheelchair users which there were plenty, the room was very clean also the pool area which was cleaned daily, location although not far but to walk to the local shop just for essentials was annoying, there is also night security which asks your room number when you arrive back from a night but I thought this to be a bit much

On arrival we were early 11am but were told check in was 4pm which we understood but we had to come back at 4pm NO earlier, on our stay we did see other guests allowed to access their room early so might be just the girl we got, we were in room no.49 which was opposite an access gate which could be opened with a key card but only for wheelchair users a bit strange to me, also told on our 4pm arrival time that if we wanted aircon we would need to pay Don't know if this is a sales pitch, although there was a good area at the apt with sunbeds there was no privacy from your neighbours although most rooms had a dividing wall

The complex is excellent, in a wonderful quiet area, albeit close to the airport, but you kind of get used to the occasional noise. The pool area is brilliant with the majority of apartments overlooking the space. The apartment/ rooms are nice and spacious, well laid out and the kitchen is really well equipped for cooking a d self catering. The reception staff are friendly and helpful so too are the cleaning staff.

The apartment is supplied hot water through a small outdoor cylinder. Sadly the hot water can run out relatively quickly. Two of our group of four managed to shower in hot water but it had gone like warm after approx 10mins.

The Nautilus is in a fantastic location 5 minute walk from the bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The apartment is well equipped with a strong WiFi and British tv channels. Each apartment has its own sunbeds and parasol if you don’t want to sit around the pool.

Nothing it was just perfect

Nautilus was exceptional. We were given a room upgrade to the Telluric Suite which was truly wonderful. The standard rooms were still excellent. The property has a truly vast and brilliant art collection, and it was brilliant to see such a curated selection on display as well as the art residence. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much to ask at all, and they were able to advise us in great detail about the local area. The site was impressively accessible; the pool was lifeguarded with an AED immediately available. I fetl very safe whilst staying here. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Apartments very clean and cleaned 6/7 days. Loved our own private sun bathing area outside our apartment. Very good location- less than 5-10 minute walk to shopping centre and restaurants.

No bar or restaurant on site. One of the reception staff who was a 50/60 year old lady was not very friendly or helpful and anytime we asked her a simple question we felt we were really inconveniencing her. Pillows very lumpy & uncomfortable.

Apartment had everything you needed, well equipped kitchen, plenty towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and board, full size fridge freezer and small washing line. Beautiful reception with artwork around. Good priced breakfast. Really accessible for wheelchair users. Location great, short walk to the beach, lovely private terrace with own sun loungers and chairs. Nearby shops and restaurants. Gave us a big cake and bottle of Cava for birthday as a surprise

Pool was clean and very well kept around the pool, gardener quietly working away. I enjoyed the library and artwork. The changing facilities downstairs were good and spacious. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on arrival which was lovely with a view over the pool. Receptionist was so pleasant. The pitch and putt was available but we didn't do it. Location was excellent, near to beach and restaurants- 5 mins walk. Lovely walkway into Puerto del Carmen or go the opposite way to see the planes landing at the airport. Would be very happy to stay here again.
