We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and breakfast was perfect. I would especially like to mention one of the gentlemen working at breakfast—unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was extremely kind and attentive. The location of the hotel is also excellent.

As for the negatives: dinner was somewhat monotonous, and the attitude of the dinner staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Another issue was that the air conditioning in the restaurant was running constantly both in the morning and in the evening, which made it quite uncomfortable.

All the staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) were friendly and helpful, all were very happy to help us with our questions etc., couldn't ask for more from them. The photo's online of our room was accurate to what we had when we checked in and water provided in the mini-fridge free of charge, all the basics you would expect in the room including a safe, tea/coffee making and minifridge, bathroom items provided (including disposable razor, soap/shampoo/bodywash etc.), breakfast was good with fresh scrambled eggs made to order (however, there are a lot of options for breakfast locally which were less expensive), location is excellent, right on the beach front (beach towels are provided in the room which was good). Had a lovely stay here.

The location was great for me ,the hotel was clean and staff were kind and cooperative helped me with restaurants and answered all my questions ,the open buffet breakfast was amazing but a bit expensive ,free water was a great touch from the hotel ,will come back 🙂

The restaurant might need to expend more their dinner food menu and add more pasta dishes . Breakfast is expensive, swimming pool is poor . The fridge in the room needs to be looked at .

Dinner, not very diversified. Few options to choose from and sometimes not very well cooked. Hotel is closer to 3-4 clubs and the music is loud, it can be heard all through the night. The rooftop is open just until 20:00.

Right next to the beach, clean. Complimentary Water and cans in Fridge was very much appreciated.

Foyer/reception area over perfumed. 4pm check in time is very late. They have a Spa but massage was lacking. No music, and curt but technically good massage. Breakfast is €18pp if you pay as you go, but not worth it in my opinion. Basic, and bacon and small sausages were very over cooked and dripping in grease. One bar staff during day was quite rude, banging drinks on table without a hello. Others were nice however.

My husband and I were very satisfied by the cleanness, food, spa center, terrace. Everything was really wonderful. The managers were very polite and ready to help with any request or problem. I have a very good impression about the staff of the hotel. The cleaning ladies are very professional and also very polite. The rest in Neptuno was the best part of our Spain trip. Thank you

Very clean and comfy rooms, complimentary toiletries provided. Very friendly staff, helpful and accessible 24/7. Location is outstanding - you can see the beach from the restaurant windows and feel as if you are on the beachfront.

Overall experience was very very good across our two night stay. Only very very minor - conditioner would be a nice bonus included in the toiletries (very much NOT a necessity though!) and complimentary coffee was decaf only.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. All the staff are lovely and Gerardo is exceptional he is super helpful and friendly. It's a great location and has some great restaurants nearby. Breakfast has a great variety and there is no excuse not to be healthy as well as opportunities to indulge.

The spa is lovely but you have to pay to use it. The gym is free and is basic.

The room was perfect. We had a sea view room and it was excellent. Location was wonderful. Ideal for the beach and also transport to the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly-

Only one thing and this was NOTHING to do with the hotel but there was the MARINA BEACH DISCO a short way off and it could be a bit intrusive. We spoke to the staff at the hotel and they said they and other hotels have complained. THIS DID NOT DETRACT FROM OUR ENJOYMENT OF THE HOTEL but I think some people may not like it. IN SAYING THIS WE WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT FACILITIES, STAFF, CLEANLINESS AND MEALS.

The hotel was on perfect location. Close to the beach and with ease connection to the transport to centre town. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff passed every day and left the room in perfect condition. In the price also you have jacuzzi, fitness and rooftop lounge.

First on the arrival for a Wi-Fi connection wasn’t explained from the staff of the hotel at all. There had a two different Wi-Fi networks. One is free, but is limited and other one is with a password and someone from the reception will passed to you, if you ask. Also from many my bookings I forgot to book a room with a breakfast and on the next morning I was little surprised. I didn’t blame the staff for that. Just the staff of the hotel needed to be a little more helpful and friendly.
