Great location near Patong beach and a short drive to kata beach. The rooftop pool was great, really modern, pretty and not too busy! The room was spacious and the staff nice. The breakfast was simple but nice!

The room smelt a little damp, but was mostly clean. The Internet wasn’t the best but useable. The room cleaning time was around 3pm (time when usually back off beach so in the room) was a little awkward especially when Sandy beds need changing and they didn’t offer to come back later time. Would be better if the other bar was open not just the pool bar- could’ve been open a little later too! Only little things and wouldn’t let them put you off.

Pool was nice and the rooms are spacious and modern. They have this odd setup with the sink in the middle of the room 😳 The bed was huge and firm the way I like it with plenty of different sizes and firmness of pillows. The location of the hotel and convenience of all the food stalls outside was a plus.

You couldn’t use the stairs by the rooms. Pool was nice but the alcoholic selections, at the swim up bar, were very poor quality. Very bottom shelf liquor that I’ve never heard of. Even the other customers made the same comment to me. TV channels were at the low end of the spectrum. Not much to choose from

Super friendly staff. Centrally located between the night market and Bangla and one block from the beach it is a great location. It has a great “food court” area where you can get a lot of good eats. 7-11 across the street as well as massage, laundry etc. there is a great breakfast stop that is inexpensive called Joys Cafe, google it it will come up. Roof top pool was a nice addition

The room I stayed in had no windows to the outside only to the inside of the hotel design.

The location was excellent. close to all nightlife and just across from the beach. Pool was lovely and catching the sunset each evening was unforgettable. Street food just outside each evening and great atmosphere there. Everything you could ever need in a location

The pool bar closed at 5pm which was disappointing if you wanted to catch the last hour of the sun with a cool drink by the pool. The sky bar facility was also closed, am sure this is since covid and that things will be back to normal soon

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The deluxe premium room is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there. Being located close to the beach, all necessary shops and attractions are located nearby. The roof top pool area is great with an amazing view of the beach at sunset. We booked some trips through the in house travel agency and all of them were amazing and worth the money. We can't say the same about other trips we booked through outdoor travel agents.

The area is quite busy at night. Bar music on the beach plays until 2 am. Depending on which side of the hotel one stays, it may be loud. I used ear plugs to dampen the noise. Breakfast was not included in the room rate but could be booked separately, on a daily basis, in the breakfast room. The selection is rather limited and always the same, but well cooked.

The room is immaculate! Spick and span, with the biggest bed I've ever slept on, and a big open bathtub in the middle of the room. The underwater aesthetic that the hotel was going for hits right between being not too tacky for adults and educationally engaging for the kids. Front desk staff were very accomodating and helpful and efficient in helping to arrange transport. Location is also super good because you could walk from from Bangla street and literally anyway along Patong beach.

The rooftop pool and amphitheatre unfortunately is very badly maintained and under-utilitzed, with some construction-looking materials being strewn here and there. We had bought some food from the shops downstairs and brought it up to eat in the pool pods thinking we could have a lovely sunset meal, but it turned out abit more creepy than romantic.

Great location, close to all activities. Great food market directly outside. Very nice rooms.

Half the roof top pool was closed. Loud muaythai early in the mornings as hotel has muaythai Gym inside.
