Great location, helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. The hotel bar was nice and very reasonably priced. Short walk to the old town square maybe 5-10mins. Close enough but not so close that the hotel was noisy. Unfortunately we didn't realise how close it was until a couple of days in. Theres great places to eat nearby and a lidl 2 mins away if you want to get some bottles of water and snacks for days out.

I think the only downside was the water pressure in the shower could have been better. We were on the 5th floor, so that may have had something to do with it.

As soon as you walk in the wonderful aroma of candles greets you and this sets the ambiance of the accommodation. The reception is welcoming and the staff extremely helpful. I liked the Kafka references, typewriter, desk etc. We had a classic room and this was great for a two night stay, everything that you could need was provided, even robes, slippers and wonderful pillows, like sleeping on candy floss! The breakfast was exceptional, try the “cloud eggs” AMAZING 🤩 I would highly recommend Old Town for all of your site seeing, lots to do 👍

We really enjoyed staying here, as it was very comfortable and conveniently located close to the Old Town, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. The bed was super comfortable and the room felt luxurious. Air conditioning was great! The gym is small but has most things you would need, including dumbbells, treadmill, stair stepper, bike, and a versatile weight machine. They provide sparkling water and apples, which was a nice touch. Also a good selection of complimentary teas and coffee in the room. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations that made our stay even better. I would certainly stay here again.

Unbeatable hotel! I choose this hotel because I was going to propose marriage to my girlfriend and the staff helped me to prepare a memorable time. The room has everything we need with a comfortable bees and well-designed facilities such us a small fridge with snacks and beverages. the location is also great very near from the old town and the main attractions

Nothing, everything was perfect

Where to begin? Location is great, the staff was so helpful. Especially the front desk staff were always welcoming us with chocolates. Breakfast was great value, lots of options (even there was champagne). Room was spacious. We were quite comfortable.

House keeping was the only downfall. At first the room was clean but next day, they didn’t clean the coffee cups, coffe machine, didn’t renew the paper towels, didn’t vacuum, made the beds sloppy. We had to complain about it to front desk, next day it was better but not good enough.

Clean fashionable handy location great staff. Rooms attended to every day. Large bed very comfortable.

Room was a little cramped for 3 days and cupboard space limited. Couldn’t open windows for fresh air so not really a fan of A/C. Hotel situated on tram line so can be a little noisy at night but you soon become accustomed to it.

The location is the best - all the main points are at walking distance. The room was clear and cozy, with small terrace as we requested. Personnel were nice and smiley, breakfast was tasty. Definitely recommend

The pillows are not comfortable at all - if you have a chose - take yours The hotel restaurant has very poor selection of food, so lunch or dinner - only outside.

The hotel has nice interior, a very nice gym, and the room was spacious. It's located 10-15min walk from the main attractions. The breakfast was rather standard but good.

The junior suite second bed was rather uncomfortable (extended sofa where the feet were higher than the head). Had some minor issues with the pricing/payment but that was sorted well and I got refunded. After having been to various hotels in Prague, I'd say this one is good, yet for the price I expected better.

The hotel's location was truly outstanding, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The quality of the hotel was impressive, especially considering the reasonable price. On my next trip to Prague, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again, and I won't hesitate to suggest it to my friends either.

One minor issue was the surprise deposit request of about $250 per room for the bar, which had not been clearly communicated on the Booking.com platform during the booking process.

maybe have more variety on dinner menu and room service menu. when the weather is cold/ rainy, sometimes you don't want to go out to find food. the bar downstairs could serve tapas like snacks with drinks
