Poor communication about the breakfast policy. Each guest needs to bring the paper room key jacket to show to the employee working the front counter.

Liked the receptionist when I arrived. I arrived two hours early and he checked if my room was ready and it was - he checked me in straight away. He was so lovely and explained everything to me. The receptionist staff were so helpful when I had questions about laundry and they helped to give me the right change from notes for the launderette. Convenient area with a team stop right outside and can be in the city centre within 15 minutes. An Albert store opposite and close by to a shopping mall for essentials. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel which was good value. I enjoyed the room, very pleasant and clean with tea and coffee making facilities and I had fresh towels daily. I stayed in the room a lot actually because it was so comfortable and the WiFi was good.

I didn’t like the fact the room didn’t have a fridge - this made storing food from supermarket difficult as I’m traveling on a budget and a fridge would have been handy. If you’re traveling like I am and try not to eat out for every meal a fridge is kind of essential

The hotel is like expected with good price and location, clean, exactly what I needed.

I arrived and left in late hours so did not have a lot of instructions or assistance, just here is your key, which I’m fine with. The only one thing it happened was I forgot my passport on the front desk when I checked in, like 30 minutes latter I noticed and went down. When I got down it was just on the top of the desk, inside the front desk, not reachable, but the staff person was inside in a back room and it was just there for anyone to see. Also I believe the staff could have called me to let me know I forgot. I know it was my mistake, not there responsibility, still is an important document and I think could be a kind thing to do.

The room was clean and had everything one might need. The location is relatively far from the center, but it's still close to different shops and restaurants The price is great and the hotel is usually packed It has a lot of facilities like a bar, café, sports center, conference room, etc The staff was very nice and welcoming. We asked to check out a few hours after the checkout time, and they let us no problem

The breakfast was not good at all, if you're not used to Czech food and dishes, don't order breakfast, just go to a supermarket or a café The beds were quite small

I've stayed here a couple of other times. The rates are often quite reasonable for the city. It's in a perfect location in Zizkov. It has a nice sports center with it, but it would be nice if there was some slight discount for hotel guests. It's a bit of a classic Czech type of place, which is fun.

They could improve a few things. They give "facelifts," but they could work on other, more important things. A fridge in the room would still be nice AC is mediocre. It often stops and rarely goes below 24/25. They kind of stopped with free breakfast for everyone. It wasn't included this time, and it was in the past several times. It's not worth 10 euros, you can find some brunch place in zizkov for not much more The bathrooms can smell a bit.

Very spacious room with spacious bathroom, clean and calm hotel, no netter the big size of the building. Very polite reception staff. A fridge, a TV st, an air conditioner and a cattle are provided. In front of the hotel there is a tram stop and you can get easily in the center and other places of interest.

There is no cleaning on the day before the last night, No cleaning even of the bins, no toilet spare paper provided, no coffee and tea packages left. They have to check the electric bulbs of the lamps, 2 of them was missing/not working.

I liked the location and the tram that went from the hotel to the city centre. It was clean, and the staff was nice. Price was ok for the accomodations. I was able to book a massage as well in the sports center, so another plus.

I appreciated the food labels. Might be good to add separate ones for each salad, as I did not have any - it was mentioned that salads contain lactose. I do not believe it was true for all of them. Overall, there was less variety of foods for lactose intolerant people, but I still was able to find something within the warm breakfast (beans, eggs, sausage). All the ready made porridges were prepared with milk and the cereals only had milk nearby, I have not seen a vegetable alternative.

The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds provided a comfortable night's rest. Despite being located in Prague 3, approximately 20-25 minutes away from the city center, the convenience of having the tram stop directly in front of the hotel was a major plus. With four tram lines you could get to the city center hassle-free. Overall, despite the slight distance from the center, the excellent amenities and convenient transportation options made for a pleasant stay.

While our experience at the hotel was largely positive, I believe it would greatly enhance guest convenience if a fridge were provided in the rooms. Although our stay didn't necessitate one, I can think of scenarios where guests requiring medication storage might find this absence inconvenient. Additionally, it's worth noting that the hotel often hosts school groups, which could potentially lead to increased noise levels at times. Despite this, our personal experience was positive overall. Furthermore, in our room at least, the toilet was separate from the bathroom, which may be a consideration for some guests.

The reviews mortified me before staying here. I was checked in by Alexandra, who was absolutely wonderful, greeted with a smile and gave me tons of recommendations about the city. The room was clean, stay was quiet, and it was peaceful. The location was perfect for getting the tram and tons of nice places nearby.

The room could use some maintenance updates, such as the kettle in my room would stay on and continue boiling the water if I didn’t unplug it and the shower handle was missing on side.

Hotel was overall very clean. The staff was very helpful. Hotel offers a wide variety of services. Rooms are very nice. The price is also very good.

When I booked the stay at the hotel, I was sure, that breakfast was included. There even was a icon of fork and knife saying that this hotel has very good breakfast. But when I arrived the staff told me, that I do not have breakfast. I was confused. And there was also a television in the room, and at the hotel site, below the picture of food category, they said, that EVERY hotel customer has basic breakfast. (premium costed more). I even tried looking at the Booking site, but there was no information about the breakfast.
