Especially given the price, I can completely recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and the check-in was uncomplicated and quick. The bathroom and the toilet were very clean and well kept, which is a big plus. The rooms themselves are alright visually and the beds are quite comfortable.

The hallways are a little dark and eerie and the window in my room couldn't be opened because the handles were broken. The tram stop right outside the hotel is a good thing, but there is no canopy - so when it rains, always bring an umbrella or you'll get super wet. But all those things are acceptable for the price.

The location is very convenient, walkable distance to metro or bus, tram is right in front of the hotel. Bed was great with amazing pillows. AC has very good location, it doesn’t blow on you rather into the room, which is good.

There are only 2 things I didn’t like: carpet and bathroom sink. Since this is pet-friendly hotel and rooms have carpets, expect fur… I know it’s hard to get off the carpet but it really doesn’t look good, even though they vacuum every day. The bathroom sink - it needs proper declogging. This wasn’t my first time in the hotel and each time there’s the same “issue” in every room I stayed in.

I booked well in advance, so the stay was really worth the price. I had a nice, air conditioned single room in 7th floor overlooking the main street. The location is not necessarily in walking distance to the centre, but the bus, tram and tube stations are just a few steps away. A tip for gig goers - there is a direct bus line #76 to Letnany (popular gig place in Prague), which saves you a lot of time especially after the event. While everyone else is trying to get to the metro station you just take the bus.

I enjoyed breakfast alright, but there was not really much variety to choose from.

Beds were good. Good air conditioning, our room had 2 rooms, which was for 3 people, so it was quite spacious. The bathroom was ok. Shower head and the stream was not a Niagara Falls but overall served the purpose. The tram 9 lead right to the old town and it's located outside of the hotel. Hotel has their own parking, but we found a public parking next to it, and since it was Saturday, parking was for free, because you pay for it only from Sunday to Friday. Hotel has great, big and fast elevators.

The doors in the rooms could use a little bit of WD 40. They were noisy when opening in the night and going to toilet. But if you sleep and pee with opened doors then that could solve a problem.

Poor communication about the breakfast policy. Each guest needs to bring the paper room key jacket to show to the employee working the front counter.

Liked the receptionist when I arrived. I arrived two hours early and he checked if my room was ready and it was - he checked me in straight away. He was so lovely and explained everything to me. The receptionist staff were so helpful when I had questions about laundry and they helped to give me the right change from notes for the launderette. Convenient area with a team stop right outside and can be in the city centre within 15 minutes. An Albert store opposite and close by to a shopping mall for essentials. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel which was good value. I enjoyed the room, very pleasant and clean with tea and coffee making facilities and I had fresh towels daily. I stayed in the room a lot actually because it was so comfortable and the WiFi was good.

I didn’t like the fact the room didn’t have a fridge - this made storing food from supermarket difficult as I’m traveling on a budget and a fridge would have been handy. If you’re traveling like I am and try not to eat out for every meal a fridge is kind of essential

The hotel is like expected with good price and location, clean, exactly what I needed.

I arrived and left in late hours so did not have a lot of instructions or assistance, just here is your key, which I’m fine with. The only one thing it happened was I forgot my passport on the front desk when I checked in, like 30 minutes latter I noticed and went down. When I got down it was just on the top of the desk, inside the front desk, not reachable, but the staff person was inside in a back room and it was just there for anyone to see. Also I believe the staff could have called me to let me know I forgot. I know it was my mistake, not there responsibility, still is an important document and I think could be a kind thing to do.

The room was clean and had everything one might need. The location is relatively far from the center, but it's still close to different shops and restaurants The price is great and the hotel is usually packed It has a lot of facilities like a bar, café, sports center, conference room, etc The staff was very nice and welcoming. We asked to check out a few hours after the checkout time, and they let us no problem

The breakfast was not good at all, if you're not used to Czech food and dishes, don't order breakfast, just go to a supermarket or a café The beds were quite small

I've stayed here a couple of other times. The rates are often quite reasonable for the city. It's in a perfect location in Zizkov. It has a nice sports center with it, but it would be nice if there was some slight discount for hotel guests. It's a bit of a classic Czech type of place, which is fun.

They could improve a few things. They give "facelifts," but they could work on other, more important things. A fridge in the room would still be nice AC is mediocre. It often stops and rarely goes below 24/25. They kind of stopped with free breakfast for everyone. It wasn't included this time, and it was in the past several times. It's not worth 10 euros, you can find some brunch place in zizkov for not much more The bathrooms can smell a bit.

The reviews mortified me before staying here. I was checked in by Alexandra, who was absolutely wonderful, greeted with a smile and gave me tons of recommendations about the city. The room was clean, stay was quiet, and it was peaceful. The location was perfect for getting the tram and tons of nice places nearby.

The room could use some maintenance updates, such as the kettle in my room would stay on and continue boiling the water if I didn’t unplug it and the shower handle was missing on side.
