It was a hotel that we decided on by reading the comments on Booking.com. It is very close to the city center and within walking distance to everywhere. I would like to thank the reception staff who greeted us with a smile from the moment we entered the hotel. They were very interested and concerned, and helped us sincerely. The hotel's facilities were very nice. The room was very comfortable. (coffee machine, tea machine, iron, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc.) In short, everything had been thought of. The open buffet breakfast was simply perfect. If you have a trip to Prague, you can choose this hotel. You won't regret it. See you on my next trip to Prague :) Thank you.

As I was on a long, multi-stop, holiday, I needed a hotel that was a bit more than just a basic hotel so I opted for this as it was a 5 star hotel that was reasonably priced. I loved all the nice toiletries that were provided (including separate shampoo and conditioner, which you do not normally get in hotels). Rooms was always cleaned, even if I didn't go out until lunchtime. It was a nice space to come back to after a lot of sight-seeing.

The only slight disappointment was that there was no comfy chair to sit on in the room, there is a chair in there, but its an old leather chair that is very low down to the floor, and it felt really out of place with all the other modern amenities in the room too. I also asked a young male staff receptionist if he could recommend a nice place for dinner and he just shook his head then pointed to a place across the road (which isn't nice), I got the feeling he wished I hadn't asked him. Usually if you book a 5 star hotel, you expect that they can recommend/book places for you, but this was a very minor issue and I would definitely stay here again if returning to Prague.

Location was great. Walking distance to metro and Charles Bridge.

The bathroom/toilet door is thin and if I remember correctly also see through and very close to the bed that it makes it a bit uncomfortable if you want a bit of privacy.

Good hotel Good value for money Wil come again

The location of the hotel is excellent, we visited most of the "recommended attractions" by foot, although we could take the tram or metro with stations conveniently located in close vicinty to the hotel. The staff are very helpful too. I made two bookings (two slightly different room types) at the same hotel for a total period of 7 nights. The staff tried her very best to find a room to suit my request so that my family (3 persons) could stay in the same room throughout the period. The staff also attended promptly to our requests for an additional lamp in the room and subsequent change of room.

The 1st room arranged for us (based on our request) is a spacious family room. However, it was found to be facing the main road which was very noisy due to the traffic (the trams are running from early morning till mid-night). In fact, we found that there were ear plugs provided in the room. In addition, one of the washing basins was found to have water leaking problem which could not be fixed on the same day. The staff subsequently arranged another room, a smaller room but is still big enough for our family, is much quieter for us on the second day. We noted from the floor plan of the hotel that some rooms in the hotel are facing the main road which may have the same noisy problem.

A very modern property with a superb location - it really is a 15 minute walk to almost everywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were checked in four hours early with no additional fee and the room was immaculate. The price of the property and the facilities it offered were excellent. The extra large bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom had a modern design.

The only small downside was the lack of noise insulation in the room’s windows. We were in room 307 and the noise from the on-road tram was very noticeable during morning and evening rush hour. We didn’t spend much time in the room during these periods, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Some noise proofing of the windows would improve our rating from 8/10 to a 10/10.

It was fabulous. Not only the location is close to every landmark and the old town, the staff are beyond lovely. We checked in late at night and we were greeted by a very understanding and friendly man who made our check in process super smooth. The room was spacious and quiet - exactly what we needed. Everything was spotless clean. As for the check out, it can be done via your phone as they have a service for it, but we did it at the desk and again staff were excellent and processed in seconds. Great stay, definitely worth it and will come again!

The room had motorised blinds but not all were actually motorised, so it ended up being a bit confusing to close/open upper ones via buttons and then others manually. There was also a shower that was a bit difficult to understand (which valve does what and how to properly shut it off). It took a while to figure it out. Perhaps some instructions would be handy.

Customer service was excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. High ceilings in the room we had. Comfortable bed and pillows. Overall, I don't know if I'd call it a 5 star hotel. Not that there are any obvious issues, but 5-stars I've been to are quite extra. Definitely a strong 4-star though. That said, customer service was an easy 5-star service. Everyone was friendly and helpful with good attitudes.

More of a concern, because I don't know the full details. But after using the mugs and having Housekeeping come, the same mugs were present in the room. Seemingly clean now, but unsure of how they were cleaned? The fact that they're the same ones (identified by the imperfection each mug had) makes me worry it was just wiped down with a rag and not properly sanitized with dish detergent...but maybe they keep those with them and do it in the bathroom sink or something? Seems unlikely. Bath tub/shower was of the type that are quite high off the ground. Could be difficult for some to get in and out of safely.

Everything was fantastic. The hotel front desk staff were alway very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the staff do a very good job keeping the hotel clean. I loved the location as i felt it was relatively central for all my activities. My room was very quiet. The hotels decor was also up to my expectations as I found my room to resemble the pictures from the website.

Would prefer to not have to close the windows on Friday and Saturday nights, unfortunately the activity below in the gathering room was disruptive.

We didn’t do breakfast. The location was fantastic walking distance to any attractions. Walking distance to metro trem etc. Even we found a short to go to the water front bar with the live music and Charles bridge we will definitely stay there again if we are going back to Prague again. The toilet didn’t work and they gave us another room. No complaints.

Nothing! It’s perfect hotel to stay, love it!
