Location (quiet area nearby center), 24/7 reception, warm, clean, warm water under the shower (not really so obvious in Prague)

It's gonna be funny but... The pillow xd it was too high and my neck hurt after sleeping on it XD there should be 2, one higher and one flatter. The elevator doesn't go up to 5th floor (only up to 4th). Not a problem for me, just letting know people who may be concerned by that

Clean and tidy. Very good value for money in Praha. A short 5 min walk from Praha Vrsovice with services running until 1230am from Praha Hln. Forget the trams walk to the station. I would recommend the Vietnamese restaurant close by.

The bar is a standing fridge. There is no water in the fridge for 3 days. The shower drain was blocked. The shower dispenser did not work.

The price to service ratio was excellent, the room was pretty was cozy, featuring all necessary amenities (the only thing I would mark as missing was a kettle, but that's a detail for me, boiling water was available downstairs). The breakfast was well done, not that much to choose from (also the yogurt went missing from day 3 onwards), but that didn't come as an issue to me. This hotel served its purpose very well, especially for the price.

The only annoyance I would point out is often being woken up by very loud pigeon noises outside my room on the 4th floor, these sounds were present every day (especially morning) and would sometimes result in me having trouble sleeping. The only other issue was how dirty the shower and corner was (not mold, just a lot of limescale and dust) that wasnt too bad for me personally. Also the lack of a second (accesible) outlet next to the bed posed a bit of a challenge when choosing between the light and charging my phone

Great price-performance ratio! Location maybe doesn't look fantastic at first glance, but I booked it because of how close the public transport (especially trams) are from the hotel. Basically less than 5 minutes walk. And you can get basically anywhere in the old town or even the castle with a singular transport. The reception staff was always helpful, if you are not a breakfast man like me you can even buy coffee downstairs in the morning for 2 EUR. Room was small, but comfy and tidy. Hotel staff cleans up the room every day unless you don't want to. I liked the building itself too - historical with small stairways, but they have built an elevator outside next to the building, therefore you have maximum half a story to carry your luggage.

Mainly only the reception staff speaks English, for example person at the breakfast didn't understand a single word and couldn't explain me that if I would like a coffee I just need to pay for it at reception. Therefore if you have any questions just go straight to the reception. The lobby itself have a nice lounge, but it has super loud TV literally all the time even if there is no one that would ask for it + once they had a Russian channel with football game. Why? And be ready that you can actually hear if neighbors check in their rooms or if you have a room next to the elevator like I had - you will hear it. It wasn't super loud, but still some would have to get used to it.

Great location near public transport

Shower head didn’t move, had to be had held. No fridge in room. Room needs repainting, damage to doors & walls need repair. Slamming doors. Broken lift. Next to nothing in the bar, no soft drinks. Breakfast too late every day. Lack of plug sockets in the room. No shelf for toiletries in bathroom. No anti slip mat for shower. Building work around the hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was a tram top nearby, so getting around was easy.

The shower enclosure didn't close properly and we reported this to staff, however, it was not fixed. Our room was on the 5th floor and the elevator went up to only the 4th floor, so something to keep in mind if you are not able to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs.

The price very affordable and easy to get in downtown using tram or train. They also have some free tea and coffee in the lobby.

At frontdesk as soon as you check-in they will charge you 50 Euros for deposit (you need to have money cash, no credit card accepted). This information is hidden in details about hotel and this is really annoying, specially if you dont have cash and need to withdraw from their atm at insane rate exchange... I pay'd a deposit which was almost price of my hotel staying. They need to put this in price and charges, not somewhere in a long text regarding hotel policy. They gave money back if room is not devastated 😂. Also, very cold, but is understanble in this energetic crise. When it comes of socket, this is another annoying part, they made some holes (as seing in photo) and if you drop your charger is very hard to get it back. It is very inconvenient to plug the charger.

Nice staff, and there were facilities we didn't get to use that would've been nice if we'd stayed a bit longer. It was nice to have a lounge area and such but we didn't manage to use it nor the other little extras during our stay due to the packed nature of our visit.

The "tourist fee" they get you to pay, on top of your booking payment. I wish places would just give it as part of the price, though at least they're transparent about it from the description.

Very reasonable price and sized room with a comfortable bed. Good connection to the local tram network, and only about a 20 minute journey on the tram to some of the local sights. Friendly staff

Walls are a little thin, so you can hear other guests. At night you can occasionally hear people outside if you have the windows open when it's hot at night

The hotel is suited 3 minutes walk from the tram stop which takes you anywhere in Prague. A really lovely room: comfortable beds, bed cloth is clean and a wardrobe is spacious. Lounge bar is modernly designed and there is a free tea at the bar and a large variety of additionally payed drinks and snacks. Kind staff with a good English apprehension who helped me throughout my visit. The reception is open to any questions 24/7

Everything was good. Loved my visit
