Very big clean room, clever design, efficient, quick and polite staff, in winter you can regulate heating level and can open windows so to adjust room temperature as you want. Very good stream in shower. Perfectly clean bathroom. Perfect location - opposite to Main Railway Station, 10 min to Vaclav square by foot. Highly recommend.

For big people (more that 100 kg) shower cabin can be small but still you can take it. Really big room but in contrast small bathroom. Room cleaning can be after 14:00-15:00 (but can be earlier) - it is inconvenient if you want come to rest in the middle of the day. But for me it was not a problem therefore I didn't downgraded from 10 points.

Excellent location close to the main train station, and walking distance to the old town. Staff were super friendly and welcoming!

Lovely welcome note and gifts made us feel at home. The staff are awesome and made sure we were looked after. Central heating is great for this time of year so always felt warm. Also the drying rack in the bathroom helped keep our things nice and dry. Room is very good, pleasant, large and a great home base for our four night stay. Exactly as shown in the photographs. Plenty of power sockets, Wifi is fast and reliable. Bed is very comfortable and daily service is great if needed. Shower is great – best rain shower I have experienced! Hot water and pressure are great. Room fridge was a bit small and struggled to keep things cold but did its job keeping medication cool. There is also an excellent kettle and Nespresso machine which did a great job! Marie and Yaznam at reception were both exceptionally helpful (as were the other staff whose names we didn’t catch ☹ and the cleaning team were great as well!). Showed us on the printed “Miss Sophies Downtown” local map where some good restaurants were as well as best highlights. 24 x 7 bar and reception is great for a quick coffee or drink after a long day out! Breakfast was wholesome – a little cool on the beans and eggs side of things but variety was great and the staff kept things clean and replenishing the coffee machine (which does great Flat Whites!) Location? Right across the road from the train station and yet the area is very quiet. 2 minutes to our next intercity train. Would we stay there again? Yes!

Only quibbles – more heat in the bain-maries for keeping eggs and beans warm at the breakfast, and a more powerful fridge. Otherwise – faultless!

The location which was conveniently located near the city center but quiet enough and away from noisy streets. Also literally 5 min walking distance to Prague’s central train station. The staff were friendly and attentive; exceptional customer service especially from Yazdan. I recommend you to book breakfast at the hotel since it’s not easy to find a breakfast place here.

Not enough elevators

I loved staying att Miss Sophie's Downtown. We arrived very early in the morning, and could leave our luggage at the reception while we strolled around Prague. We came back to the hotel around 12, which was still three hours too early for check-in, but the helpful and super nice staff helped us and we were able to check-in early. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, a nice continental, and a nice environment. The location was perfect for us, as we travelled by train and it was right by the central station, and still within walking distance to Old Town Hall and other things to see/explore in Prague. Would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Prague!

We have literally not a single thing to complain about, everything was just as we hoped with our stay at Miss Sophie's Downtown. The only downside was that we eventually had to leave, we loved staying there so much.

A real gem of a hotel. Everything about it was magnificent. Check in was so easy and the staff lovely and helpful. We were given a map with recommendations for places of interest and close by restaurants. As we arrived late we were extremely grateful to be directed to a nearby restaurant, which was superb. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in our travels with lots of variety and even some gluten free products. Being directly across from the main railway station was a real bonus.

Top staff! They were very interested in all our requirements and tried their best in helping. I need to emphasize the outstanding performance here. Moreover, the design and the size of the room were a way over our expectations. It was equipped well and the bed was comfy! The location of the hotel is very near to the main station and so close to the city center: 20 minutes of an enjoyable walking.

Parking lots are so limited. I would suggest the facility to make a deal with the municipality to offer areas from the street with a reduced price. If you are going there by car and could not manage to fix your spot within their parking lot, be ready to pay a hefty amount of money to park your car at the street which has a time limit so you need to track the time or walk of 500 meters to a nearby garage.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Prague's central station. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering comfort and cleanliness. The staff's friendliness adds a welcoming touch to the stay, making guests feel at home. A good breakfast is provided to start your day off right.

While the breakfast is good, the lack of variety from day to day could be improved to enhance the dining experience for guests staying multiple nights.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great staff who upon arrival offered us a map which showed landmarks and they showed us the best routes to take. Additionally recommended Petrin Tower and Letna Park which we may not have otherwise prioritised. Fabulous, big room with complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge along with a nice handwritten welcome note. Exceptional breakfast. Great location for both the train (incoming) and airport (outgoing.) Used the bus behind the train station to get to the airport which was seemless.

The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to the city centre and close to the main train station, underground station and trams. The room was well equipped and clean.
