Great resort for families with young kids. We travelled with a 3 and 5 year old. Loved they had a kids restaurant! The high chairs would be cleaned after each use and glad wrap the table with cuttley etc so it ready for the next child. Good food options and fresh grilled meat and sea food. Yum. Slides/ pools plenty and had stuff to suit different age groups. I liked our villa and the villa bar. Kids were on the sunbeds in the evening while we swam and enjoyed our drinks.

Although there was daily housekeeping. The cleaning was very minimal and for 6 days I don't think our bathroom and toilet were cleaned despite asking them to do mid way our stay. That was very disappointing for me. We were there for 6 nights.

We were at this hotel at the end of April. The hotel is great! Everithing looks new. It seems that the hotel was fresh repaired. At this time there were no crowds of people. Our room was on the 4th floor, large and cozy with the sea view. There are about 3 heated pools outdoors (including aquapark for children) and one indoors with small baby pool. The staff is very friendly and ready to help, always smile. The restaurant is cozy, you have a good choice of everithing you like, although we were not in the peak season. The beach is wide: sand and a strip of peddles. The water in the end of April was warm/not very cold. The outdoor temperature was +25+29 degrees. There are all entertainments on the territory of the hotel, both for children and for adults. I would like to thank Naylya, who was very friendly and helped us a lot. We are greatful for this 5 days in this hotel and would like to return there in the future.

Great hotel. We loved absolutely everything. The food was very good and there were lots of options for kids and adults. The pools were amazing and there are many pools, it’s an authentic paradise for kids. The beach was nice and the entertainment was perfect, with different activities every day.

Some parents allowed their kids to take toys outside from the Kids’ Club, so many toys were incomplete or lacking (anyway, there were lots of toys but it’s a pitty because the Kids Club would be even better if parents were more responsible). The hotel had all services needed but everything was extremely expensive (living in Switzerland, I can say that Swiss prices are lower than that). It’s sad because getting diapers or wet wipes should be a basic need at a cheaper price. And getting things outside the hotel is difficult as you need a car to go out.

First the hotel is excellent and I would definitely return next time .the staff and house keeping very fast ,they solve any problem in seconds , the food was excellent very tasty and with variety , the aqua park is wonderful and there's Alot of water parks for different ages even for 2 years kids, they have special restaurant for kids and they blend for u the vegetables to feed ur baby, the beach is sandy , the alcohol is good quality , the room is big and spacious , the bathroom very practical , the villas are wonderful with private pool , they have silence pool for ppl who don't want noise.they have nice shows in the evening till 10:30 pm. Very near 40 mins Max from the airport , the aqua park is very entertaining even for adults it's suitable for all age range.the landscape is fantastic the hotel is very big with Alot of green. The check in and out very smooth and fast. They left us welcome cookies in the room and even before leaving as well. The internet was available in all places even on the beach it was strong and fast. Different pools with different depth that suits babies 1 year toddlers infants and children and ofcourse adults .

The elevators r few u need to wait long. To change the food varieties , almost the same everyday .

Kids club has the most sweet and kind staff in addition to the amazing full schedule of activities and entertainment, we did not need to leave the hotel for the entire stay. rooms are well cleaned and maintained.

i had a concern about a food diet issue that was solved amazingly within an hour by the guest relation staff as well as by the head chef he ensured that every thing we need is available all times

The hotel had an excellent buffet and stellar service. No matter who we asked, we immediately got the help we needed from the right person. The food quality is very high and there's enough variety to keep your taste buds happy for more than a week's worth of meals. The pools were also clean and not too crowded when we went (early May). A few of them were toddler friendly/safe as well which was a huge bonus.

The bathrooms are quite outdated and in need of remodeling. We stayed in a star swim up villa and the bathrooms were extremely cramped and the shower fixtures leaky. It was hard to feel clean in such an old bathrrom. The cleaning service did their best but there's only so much you can do when the room needs a remodel.

Everything There is a lot to do there. You do not get bored. There are many pools so they do not get crowded. The beach is amazing. The place is clean and they are very professional. The night shows are great for young and old and the activities at the kids' club are fun for all ages.

Most of the staff at the kids' club do not speak English so I could not keep my kids there alone.

The hotel is amazing and it’s a great place for a family holiday. Truly fuss-free, excellent staff and facilities, you will not regret going. We stayed at one of the star swim up villas and the accommodation was comfortable and spacious but the highlight by far is the ‘boat house’ cafe located in the middle of the complex that you can swim up to from your room, and get some snacks, drinks and cakes. The selection was amazing, food delicious and staff very friendly and professional. Kids club is great, pools are great. Beach clean and wide with stunning views of the mountains. Coffee shop on the beach and ice cream shop - great. Main restaurant is delicious, especially the Usbek cuisine at lunch time. Varied menu daily. Beach cafe was a great lunch alternative with fried chicken and burgers day. Indoor pool and spa - wonderful. They even provided us with kids bathrobes that were a big hit with my 2 and 4 year old! The highlight for me is a family photos we get to keep forever - taken by the wonderful photographer on site. It is a PAID service but no risk- as you don’t pay for the shoot, only for the photos, id you like them, and it takes about 15min! I was positively surprised and would highly recommend. I wish there was more info about that on the hotel website as we now have kids and photos for grandparents and it was a stress-free mini shoot. We will be coming back for sure!

Nothing. It is a great hotel. One thing to note tho- most food and activities are included in the ‘all inclusive package’, but there are some paid (cash only/Euro) activities for kids - game zone, sand drawings, hennas that you should bring some spare money for. Also, there are some souvenir and toy shops (including kid items like nappies and potties) BUT the prices are sky-high and defo not worth it! It feels like they are taking advantage of the fact the resort is remote with no shops around. So do bring all of your baby/kid supplies as needed.

nice staff. all helpful. immediate reply to issues in room/cleaning, cleaning lady was nice to clean room as requested.

elevators take sometimes long time to reach room. more youtful/club/dance at night.

it was very clean, recently renovated. very helpful staff. the best Turkish bath experience. big kids club close to land of legends which is a very nice theme park and shopping Avenue.

it just reopened after renovation we atayed one week and the first 3-4 days many things were not set up. swimming pools were empty. still renovating the gardens . they could put some info so we knew before booking. no activities and events at nights as it was promissed. no xmas special activity. there was a table of programs but none of them happened.
