The location was amazing - across from the cruise terminal, a beautiful shopping mall, and within an easy walk of public transportation and tourist sites. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a nice place to rest after a long day of walking around the city. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff was extremely sweet and helpful.

The windows were not very effective at keeping out the sound of traffic, so if you're a light sleeper, this might bother you. There was also a slight issue where the panel where you push to flush the toilet kept coming off, but while annoying, it did not impact the functioning of the toilet.

It was a great experience for me. I would like to thank Baykal and Sude, who made my atay unforgettable. They are very friendly and hospitality. My friend Baykal is a very funny person we had long conversations every evening. He made jokes that made me laugh a lot. Sude doesnt need to do anthing it was enough for her to meet you whit her smiling face when I entered the door. Also locatin was very good. But what makes a hotel of high quality is the staff. So I wanna thank my friens Baykal and Sude. This hotel is my second home in Istanbul. I will definitely come back .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nidya Hotel from 1st to 2nd November. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the metro station and Galata Port. The competitive pricing and the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Sadiq and Ramzan, made our experience even better. Thanks to their efficient assistance, we managed to extend our stay until the 10th, despite Booking.com showing full occupancy. We were also offered a very favorable room rate with complimentary breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend Nidya Hotel for its great service, prime location, and value for money.

I stayed at the hotel for one night with my family. The location of the Hotel is very convenient for guests who will use Galataport. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was attentive to the client. We really liked the breakfast. The cafe on the top floor of the building offers a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

Because there is a road in front of the hotel, there is a lot of noise when the window is open. Everything else was great.

Big rooms, great location ,lively area of Galataport in the evening.Without a doubt the best location to stay due to walking distance to best restaurants at Galataport while also being a nice quiet area to sleep in. We liked everything but what made our stay unforgettable was the staff: big thanks to Baykal ,he was extremely welcoming and friendly also his colleague Sude in the reception . They attended to anything we needed no matter how small the request. Absolutely fantastic stay! The cleaning staff was very friendly too. Thank you!

Mr. Baykal and Ms. Sude are valuable assets to the team. They ensured that I felt welcomed and comfortable upon my late arrival. Mr. Baykal had my room prepared as per my prior communication with the hotel, which was promptly addressed. The room was satisfactory, and the housekeeping staff, particularly the housekeeping lady, demonstrated thoroughness in their duties. Excellent customer service distinguishes a good hotel from a great one, and both Mr. Baykal and Ms. Sude exemplified this. The hotel's location is highly advantageous, and I intend to return in the future.

If you want to sleep during the day then it can get a bit loud.

The was spacious. and the location was great opposite to the marvellous Galataport.quite area although our rooms (two) were on city view .Sadig the manager was the star as he helped in every way to the comfort of the guests. thats why I keep returning to NIDYA.STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. MY FAMILY ENJOYED CROSSING THE ROAD AND DIRECTLY INTO GALATPORT for dining ,shopping ,walking,looking at the sea enjoying the beautiful huge CRUISES parked at the port loading and unloading passengers from around the world. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK WITH MORE FRIENDS AND FAMILIES.

The location was excellent and staff were super friendly. I would like to especially thank Yunis, Baykal, Serdar, Murat, Sude and all other reception, cleaning staff including the ones working at the breakfast area (apologies if I forgot or misspelled any name). I have never seen such great staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My friend and I we had beautiful memories and we hope to come back again. Thanks for making our stay amazing.

Booking a family suite at this hotel was a fantastic choice! The staff, especially Ayub and Ramazan, were incredibly accommodating and made our stay memorable. Excellent prime location near Galata Tower and the Bosphorus, It is ideal for tourists exploring the city. The hotel has nice, clean, comfortable rooms. I appreciate the warm and helpful staff (Thank you Sadik), who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Resturant was good, I found what I need to stay on my diet.
