Location was perfect, close to the monuments, to the Bosphore and a lot of nice restaurants. The staff was also really nice.

There was no breakfast buffet. The restaurant is nice, but if you only need a quick breakfast, the service takes too long. and it is overpriced. The first room we got was terribly noisy (because of the bars in the street), they changed us the room immediately, but in the second room there was a noisy from a compressor that was outside, it was not so terrible, but not quiet.

The walking proximity to the famous Galata Port; one of nicest promenades in Istanbul with a fantastic display of the Asian shores. A large variety of restaurants and shopping boutiques.

Next to the hotel there is a disco that keeps you awake till 2am!!! Mainly in the weekends! Also, there is a construction going on that makes it impossible to 😴zzzz after 7am. The next morning you wake up like a 🧟‍♀️ 🧟‍♂️ zombie. However, that being said, the staff was amazing! 👏 😍 🙌 to Orhan, Baran, Onur and the others that I don't remember theirs names.

Newly opened hotel in a great location, with a nice view on Bosphorus and plenty of restaurants/bars around. Room are spotless clean and spacious enough compared to other hotels in Istanbul. Mini bar, safe and toiletries are provided. A special thank you goes to the guys at the reception, who were very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for business or leisure!

Minor issues: - No breakfast. But not a big deal since there is a huge selection of restaurants in the area. - Soundproof. The hotel is located in a lively area and you can hear what is happening next door. - Size of the bed could be slightly bigger to accommodate 2 people. Advice: - Remove socket blocks against children and install it only when needed, since your guests are mostly adults 😊 - AC settings in rooms need some adjustments, since it not always works properly.

Absolutely fantastic stay for our family in Istanbul! The staff here is incredible – special thanks to Ahmet, Enes, and Mert. They went above and beyond to help us with our baby and luggage, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel is spotless, and breakfast is delicious. Our room was perfect – powerful shower, quality towels, super clean, and Netflix on the TV. Exceptional service and comfort made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the Bosphorus!

Everything perfect!

The location is fantastic. There were some issues with the initially booked room, but the staff was very kind and made an upgrade to a wonderful sea view room immediately after I called them. Thank you to Gürkan, Enes and Mert for their services. The breakfast was great, but since it is not a buffet, the choices are limited. This might not be ideal for a longer stay. There is a nice roof top restaurant for breakfast and for other meals.

Noisy in the evening / at night around the hotel.

The location is simply perfect, right next to the Galata port and with easy access to any location in Istanbul.

1. The advertised parking is in fact a building site nearby, highly questionable parking concierge service . Not recommended for a visit with a car. 2. The hotel seems newly built and overall nice and cosy, however facade soundproofing is simply non existent. Noting that it is in the busy Karakoy area, you might need your earplugs...

The staff at the hotel went out of their way to help. A special mention to Enes on the front desk for going out of his way to help us find a cpap machine in Istanbul. Also a big thank you to Serkan for helping us book a last minute room for our daughter via whats app. We were so grateful. The location is fantastic and close to ferries, trams, buses and taxis if you want to have the hassle of arguing over prices. The rooms are a good size and beds are very comfy.

Loved everything but could say the shower corners could be cleaner but I'm very fussy.

The location was great, the reception staff was nice and friendly , this is my second visit to the hotel I feel comfortable staying.

The staff of restaurant they're horrible bad mood specially the woman with blonde hair her face looks angry all the time, she ignores me and acts like I'm not here!!!! I stayed for 3 days never welcomed me when I came to the restaurant , only baric(barish) I hope I said his name correctly was nice and trying to cover other bad mood .
