Service: Before our stay we had various requests of the hotel and they responded quickly and were very willing to assist. During our stay, all the staff were proactive and were polite and helpful. There was good security and the hotel was well staffed. All the staff were very helpful and in particular Shailesh who helped to store our luggage for a night. Thank you! Location: Excellent location 7 mins walk from the train station. This is the red line that comes straight from the airport and the hotel is 1 station away from the dubai mall station Room: Spotlessly clean and very spacious. The 2 room apartment had a full kitchen with a large fridge, 3 WCs and 2 showers, washer and separate dryer. Breakfast: Surprised at the variety and spread of the breakfast. There was a good selection of dishes and there were omelets that were made to order. The croissant was very good. There was even freshly squeezed juice-the selection changed each morning. In order to shorten breakfast queues, two breakfast locations are available.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly receptionist Evelyn, whose kindness and professionalism immediately made me feel at home. The entire hotel staff was exceptional — from the helpful and knowledgeable concierges, to the restaurant team, who provided attentive, cheerful service throughout my stay. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the positive energy from the staff made every morning enjoyable. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotless — with a cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! It was always perfectly cleaned and felt like a true haven after long days exploring the city. One of the highlights of the hotel was the fantastic pool — clean, relaxing, and perfect for an afternoon unwind. Whether for a refreshing dip or lounging with a view, it added a luxurious touch to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Dubai!

Loved the location of hotel, the room, the staff, and the food .

Our initial booking was canceled due to our bank blocking the payment as suspected fraud. (We had notified them of our travel plans) Instead of emailing us to ask to remedy four points tried payment a second time and it didn't work so they canceled our booking without communication with us. We were on a 17 hr flight when this happened and we're unaware until arrival. Which was stressful and frustrating as they refused to honer the original price we had held. It all worked out in the end but was not a great start to a 3 week overseas holiday with a tired child.

Hatsoff to Ms. Samjhana on reception for quick check-in and extremely swift response.. Cleaning staff Ms. Shova was always on time and the room was very well done each day.. I am glad these two staff members made my stay more than pleasant.. Overall this property is at a great location between 2 metro stations surrounded by super markets and restaurants.. Breakfast was very good.. there was a lot of variation and choices which was a good touch.. People are very good.. smiling all the time.. I rate it the best in Dubai...

Breakfast room was very small.. at times there were people waiting in the queue.. also in the morning it gets messier with the guests check-in and check-out.. May be they could consider moving the breakfast to higher floors and make it available on different floors to accommodate all their guests.. apart from this it was a great experience to stay in this hotel.. I will surely reconsider it in my next trip to Dubai..

(Room 1004) The room has nice views from the balcony; however, I was told the balcony door remains locked for safety reasons. The room feels more than spacious for a single traveler, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and well-cleaned. I kept the AC turned off most of the time, and the room didn’t feel hot, which is a plus. The housekeeping staff was always present on the floor, asking if I needed any amenities or cleaning, which was nice. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing if you want to explore downtown Dubai, and the Financial Centre Metro station is very close. Also the hotel rooftop bar Level 43 is worth visiting!

Very polite and friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable, but a little bit oldfashioned. Room had a nice view on Sheikh Zayed road and it was nice to watch from the balcony after sunset. Room cleaning was good and performed several times a day. Breakfast was good with several sidedishes for choice. Location of the hotel was good.

There is quite an issue with lifts, sometimes we were waiting for 3 to 5 minutes to catch the lift. Hall for breakfast is very small you really need to sit very close to the other table. The pool on the roof was very small no chance to swim properly. The interiors looks oldfashioned and could be refreshed to my personal opinion.

We are glad we chose Four Points by Sheraton for a first timer coming in Dubai, the staff (Mr. Thamer and Ms. Ashley) are very friendly and accomodating they even gave us early check-in and late check-out without addtl cost. Mr. Sanjay make sure our room (1112) is very clean and comfortable after a days of touring Dubai/Abu dhabi. Breakfast was amazing, wonderfull staff. Good location, near metro station which made navigating the city easier. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and happy to help. The entire hotel was beautifully clean. I enjoyed breakfast each day, plenty of choices, I used the rooftop bar and restaurant a couple of times, the food was good and there was a good atmosphere.

I honestly can't think of anything, I had wondered if being by such a major highway might mean traffic noise but there was none at all.

Room was stylish and comfortable. With great location. And breakfast was good enough.

At the reception desk takes it takes almost long to check in. I asked for higher floors but gived 5th floor. Above all i wanted pay by cash (my money was in USD) but insist i should pay in AED. Even I asked the front desk to put the USD as deposit and then later i will exchange and pay... But the man in front desk asked me to go to money exchange nearby and change the USD to AED and pay him first and then go to my room!!! While i was tired and just arrived from my flight to your hotel , doing so was unpleasant and buttering, and unprofessional. Previous times i was some other hotels nearby and they dident ask so. In addition they gaved me very good room and view to make some good memeory....

Very good location, between two recommended Metro stations ( Financial Center and Emirates Towers). Lots of helpful staff ready to help with everything always with a smile. Several bottles of water left daily complimentary. WiFi is top quality and stable The restaurant Pascal is one of the best in Dubai and also has a very good Indian Restaurant, Sports Bar and Rooftop Bar. One of my top choices in Dubai, will definitely return.

Some minor issues easily solved: Bath towels are very small and shower not very good pressure. Lifts are busy on rush hours and take long time.
