This hotel is brand new, and you can really tell: the facilities are immaculate and incredibly well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. They made my stay feel even more pleasant and welcoming. One of the highlights of my visit was the dining experience. The breakfast and dinner options were not only delicious but also offered a great variety of cuisines. Every meal was a treat, and I looked forward to dining there each day. We were going to fly early next morning and this hotel was near the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport, perfect for us. The staff at the hotel were supernice! Two good restaurants, swimmingpool and gym. Modern, stylish and very clean rooms with good beds. Will absolutely stay here again either coming in or out from the airport. It is 40 minutes to drive to the centre of Dubai. Be aware that there are two airports in Dubai, the other one closer to the city.

Hotel is 5 min away from almaktoum so it is great for transit from/to this airport only, room is good size , room service is good and over all the hotel clean and well maintained

The hotel is very far away from any other amenities , nothing close by you feel like you are in a desert Swimming pool is very small

The hotel looks amazing and nice. The room and furniture was new especially the bathroom. I like it but the rooms are small for a family.

The hotel has two parts one part was renevated and other part was old design and old furniture. The location wasn't close to Dubai and from the window it looks like you are in middle of construction and desert. Not nice view but there are some rooms has a swimming pool view.

Overall, good experience. Smooth checkin process. Basement parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Dinner and breakfast buffets were having good options and had ample space to accommodate all. Clean swimming.pool. Friendly staff. For any urgent grocery/other needs, there is a supermarket in walking distance.

Except for swimming pool, no other kids activities like kids play area etc. Not even a walk path/outside greenery area to spend some time.

The experience was amazing starting from welcoming from Ms Grace in reception and smooth check in they was pre arrange everything before our arrival and the staff was so educated and humble all the thanks really for the efforts and successful management the food was delicious and the ambiance was great clean and tidy hotel by all professional meaning special thanks to GM

Pool heater need repair because it's cold now adays rather than that every thing was perfect

It’s close to the airport. You can book a free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient. Big room with a big bathroom and bedroom. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and polite.

I didn’t have the adapter and the reception didn’t have it as well. I believe that such hotels as Holiday In should have these small but very important things for their guests.
