This hotel has the highest level of value to money you can get. As a first visit you can get the heart of Dubai near Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall and the fountains which all of these you can simply walk to. All other attractions is up to 15-25 mins away (for example safari is about 25 mins away). The view to burj khalifa from the rooms balcony and from the pools is one of the best sights you can have in the modern world. The service staff in this hotel is something else, the cleanliness in every corner and the quality along side spectacular design smells luxury and uniqueness everywhere.

Exceptional hotel. Of all our travels, we believe this hotel is one of the best in the world. The staff and service are world-class. Attention and smiles during all interactions with the staff. The room amenities are very modern. The pool, with its sublime view of the city, is truly incredible, as is the staff on site. The gourmet restaurant is fantastic. The menu is very varied, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation of the dishes is exceptional. We would like to give a special shout-out to Hanna, who accompanied us during all our evening meals, with particular attention and sensational sensitivity. We will remember our interactions forever. Well done to the whole team, we will definitely be back if we return to Dubai.

The location was amazing, the pool was perfect including the kids pool and lifeguards, the city views, clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly and helpful staff

The 7pm closing time for the pool was a little early considering the heat and the prompt removal of the towels also but we were very thankful to the pool staff. The pressure of the water in the shower wasn’t the best and water would leak out of the door but the staff were happy to help.

I booked this place for my brother and parents who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. I was not accompanying them. From what I was told the location is fantastic with the air bridge connecting to the metro and Dubai mall. Plus in the vicinity this was a stand alone building with a bit more privacy. The views were great, Breakfast was nice and the staff was also good for the most part. The hotel surprised us with complimentary fruit baskets twice along with some chocolates and an anniversary cake for my parents which really was appreciated.

On booking.com it was mentioned that the room is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child however from what i was told there was just 1 double bed and another bed was later on added for my brother.

We had a truly unforgettable stay while celebrating our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. To our surprise and delight, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. As an added touch, we were welcomed with a complimentary fruit and sweets platter, which was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. It’s the little gestures like this that show the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Every detail—from the warm hospitality to the immaculate room and personalized service—made us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, the front desk ladies, Mukhabbat and Amina for helping make our anniversary so special. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending you to others!

Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. One of the biggest highlights is the hotel's prime location - it's just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for tourists and business travelers alike. The breakfast was a standout feature, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. But what really made our stay special was the incredible service, particularly from Hamza at the lobby coffee station. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed some great conversations and his warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay.
