The hotel was neat and clean Rooms were clean. Two service staff Nazzim and a girl at the reception always had a smile on face and ready to help.

First and foremost, pls take care and speak to the hotel while Booking the premium room with balcony. The balcony is quite big but it's facing the hospital which seems it's almost falling on your head and blocking the entire view. . It took time for a few of the room services. At times the phone didn't get answered at reception. Even at the breakfast buffet the staff was not adequate to handle the guests. Few staff members behaved as if they are doing some favour to you which was a put off

There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. You can smell it on entering the room and whenever you use the bathroom

The room is very good and clean, close to the metro station and quiet area , breakfast is very good

I Had to pay the first night before arrival through a securelink they sent me, although that my booking policy was "free cancellation, pay all at the hotel", I contacted booking.com and they assured that it's not their right and i shouldn't pay anything through any other website., then again they asked me to pay it as I'll arrive after the free cancellation time which was 6pm., otherwise they will cancel my booking which is against the booking policy we agreed on. The swimming pool timing wasn't suitable for a business traveller 8am to 8pm

I’m so impressed by the restaurant manager, Zen. She provided us with special menu from the chef Santos’s help. Santos has prepared for us a soup noodle with palms. It tastes so good for travelers like us. Sometimes we do need to find something really helps to find More varieties eating out for such a long period time. Zen had come to us with the idea of having Santons to make our stay in Novetel Bur Dubai A memorable one. Thanks to Zen and Santos. They make us feel so special.

We requested to turn on the Jacuzzi, after the receptionist told us we could, then when we asked the workers to turn it on, they seemed like it was a nuisance to them. Yes it was quite late at night but if the receptionist told us we could, then the service should have been handled normally as well. Also, after they started to clean out the jacuzzi and filling up with water, they entered the room without us opening the door. They knocked and immediately proceeded to use their master key and came inside. This is a complete invasion of privacy and is unacceptable. Had we known of them needing to come in an out of the room to set up the jacuzzi it would have been fine, but without any working to barge into our private room like that is absolutely inappropriate.

The room is comfortable! Excelent size, with a good bed. The location is very calm, with a small grocery near. It Is completely convenient to stay close to the airport, and at the same time close some attractions and restaurants.

In the first night, due a arrived late… there was not no smoking room available. We need to spend the first night in the smoking room, even though I have already paid for the entire stay before. We only changed the room in the next and last night.

We have spend a week at the hotel. We were two families, for vacations! All staff was helpful and with a smile to answer all your question! Our first experience was from Mrs Salma, (the receptionist) thanking her for her kindness and professionalism, she was so friendly welcoming us with a smile make us feel like home from the first step. The hotel is just at the middle of everything, easy to move around, quiet, clean, pharmacy just across, and with a small mall in walking distance. I highly recommended either for families and also for people who wants to relax.

Our stay in Novotel was really amazing !!! The room was very comfortable the bed was very good and the swimming pool as well very clean . We liked also the breakfast so much big variety of everything you can imagine . Also very close to metro station

We booked a room for 3 people but the sofa bed is not comfortable it could have a small mattress on so be more comfortable for sleeping as is a coach that opens but without a thin mattress on it is very hard to sleep on it.

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with excellent variety, even vegan cheese. Good service most of the time. Quiet room, which was really good as I am a light sleeper. Location is not too far from the airport and business district.

Requested GF bread for 2, and we were given 3 very tiny pieces wrapped in plastic. I would suggest offering GF bread for non coeliac people with more variety and allowing clients to choose. More options for dairy free milk would be nice too. They only had oat milk.

This meant we had to plan our outings with a bit more consideration for travel time. However, despite this small inconvenience, the quality of our stay more than made up for it. In conclusion, while the distance from the center was a minor drawback, it certainly didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay at Novotel Bur Dubai.
