Smokers everywhere outside and in the bar - could not actually sit for a drink in the bar due to the room filled with cigarette smoke. Very disappointing

As long as you have a very capable Nicole at the reception, an excellent hygiene worker Sunil, the head of the restaurant a big black man and a Chinese woman at the reception of the restaurant who all organized my son's birthday celebration with a cake with candles as a surprise, you don't have to worry about the hotel's good results except to keep them and motivate them (like monetary bonuses and similar types of rewards). As I said 2-3 years ago when we first stayed, the excellent organized free bus transport to all the sights of Dubai and the beaches greatly facilitates the organization of our family's tourist tour and saves money.

A lot of stuff in the hotel room wasn’t present. I was staying with one other person and there was only 1 bath robe, and no slippers and no dental care kit.

Regarding the room, I thought it was quite modern and comfortable. It felt spacious enough, and I had a decent view. The bed was comfortable, and it was generally clean. It had all the usual things you'd expect, like a good TV, Wi-Fi that worked well, and a minibar. Some reviews I'd seen mentioned that some showers could be better, but mine was perfectly fine. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for me. They had a really good buffet spread with a lot of choices – both international options and some local/Middle Eastern dishes, which I appreciated. I remember it being quite fresh and tasty. It did get a bit busy at peak times, as you might expect. And as for the location, it was incredibly convenient, especially if you have anything going on at the World Trade Centre itself, as it's right there. It was also really close to the Metro station, just a short walk, which made getting around Dubai pretty easy. This was great for popping out to see some of the main sights or heading to the malls. They also mentioned having shuttle services, which could be handy.

If I had to pick, I'd say the Wi-Fi in the room could be a bit patchy at times. There were moments it was slower than I would have liked, or I had a bit of trouble connecting. Also, and this is a smaller thing, but while the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, I felt some of the food options could have been a bit better in terms of quality or perhaps temperature. It was good, but not always hitting the "great" mark for every item.

This was our first visit to Dubai and when we book the hotels, we'll be very particular about the location and connectivity. Novotel World Trade Centre, Dubai is located at a very convenient place in downtown, close to major attractions. Metro is just a 5 minute walk and cabs are available all the time. Besides this, the hotel provides a shuttle to various attractions every single day. If you plan well, this comes in very handy. Staff is well behaved and helpful. We reached very early in the morning, and Mr. Deon gave us the early checking option such that we didn't have to wait in the lounge for long hours. He guided us on the local protocols, money exchange basic dos and don'ts etc., The room is neat and has a good view of downtown including Burj Khalifa. Entire property is clean and neat. You can even sit outside and have a snack end enjoy the weather. They serve good coffee and tasty food. Toiletries are of good quality. Attractions such as Muesum of the Future are at a walking distance to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and departmental stores very closeby. Overall it was a super experience and we're sure to stay in Novotel during our next visit to Dubai. Thank you Team Novotel.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel from start to finish. The reception staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful — they made the check-in process quick and smooth. The room was super clean, well-organized, and everything worked perfectly, from the air conditioning to the lighting, the bathroom was spotless — which I always appreciate. I also really liked the hotel’s style and decor. It’s simple, modern, and gives a very cozy feeling as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere was peaceful and the location is convenient and close to everything I needed. Overall, it’s a well-managed hotel and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. I’ll gladly stay here again in the future.

This was the second time I chose to stay at this hotel and I would always come back. I arrived at 2am, was super tired and all I wanted was to get some rest as I had an early meeting the next day. So obviously I did something wrong on my booking (I will spear you the details but lesson to be learnt, dont book anything when you are tired and dont leave such a task last minute). Three beautiful souls were there to assist me Yahia, Adhil and Faris. I'm pretty sure if it was anywhere else they wouldnt go over and beyond like that to assist. Yahia, if you are reading this, I want you to know that I really really reallllyy appreciate what you and your team did on that night. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Room was great as always, clear, wifi fast, location great next to the Expo, STAFF & SERVICE AMAZING!!!

Check in was easy and fast with the help of Ms Louella at the reception. Upon entering the room - extra sofa turned into a comfortable bed prepared by staff Raj immediately. Just a bit inconvenient not to have ready coffee in the room (for a coffee drinker like me) although the delivery when required was okay. Breakfast was perfect covering the musts - choice of bread or RICE for most Asians (esp Filipinos). It was also very convenient and accessible to our event venue. Hopefully we can try the pool on our next stay - soon! ;) Overall it was a perfect stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's prime location, directly connected to the Dubai World Trade Centre and within walking distance to the metro station, made commuting effortless. The staff ( Louella, Nikil and Mo) were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. My room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained and enhanced my stay.
