Check in and check out leaders were outstanding. Better training for the less experienced would help. Everyone was very pleasant.

Hair drier in room was 20 years old. Very weak and should have been better quality. I would also like the option to self park.

I like that they were able to accommodate and give us a room on the top floor for the view of the city and marina. The staff was super friendly, everyone was polite even the valets. It was a very nice location close to all the hot things to do in downtown such as the beach, restaurants and even local stores.

You have to use valet to get close parking, wish they had their own garage nearby for individuals that like to self park.

I LOVE this hotel!!! From the guest services, to the valet guys, to the rooms, spa, pool (OMG the rooftop pool -- WOW) everything is top notch!! The food is great at the restaurant, the Starbucks right in the lobby is convenient, the food poolside is also fab and the shuttle service is also very good and easy. I just love this hotel (stayed twice here now and plan to do so everytime I'm in Sarasota!!

There's not much walking distance around the hotel so you do have to depend on uber but it's easy to get everything due to the location. The Starbucks in the lobby could have more drink choices.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Rooftop was incredible!

We had a VERY loud group near us at 3:00 AM, and I called concierge. She said she’d send someone right up. The loud group continued to be outrageous until they headed to pool around 4:00am. There were several guys mainly laughing loudly and one girl shouting profanities at the guys. The two previous neighbors nights were perfect! We will definitely stay with you again!!!

Location was very convenient, valet and the staff were amazing as well as the view. While leaving we ran into housekeeping and they also made sure our stay was good

rooftop bar guy “John” came off a bit rude but the rest of the staff was GREAT!

The woman, Kayle Brown, who checked us in was stellar. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and she realized this was a big splurge for us- we live in the area. She had us in a lovely room with a gift of wine and chocolate covered strawberries. When we went to the bar in the evening with the strawberries, they sparked questions from other patrons and we were celebrated by them also. A nice way to end the evening. We definitely will return to the rooftop especially with visitors. Thank you for a memorable time.

Coffee in the restaurant was awful. Only valet parking.

Westin always smells amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Food was great and it was in a great location for our weekend plans.

Our bathroom was not fully cleaned, there was urine on the toilet seat when we arrive and it never was cleaned. Housekeeping came once while my husband was showering but didn’t return.

Beautiful location and hotel- loved the bedding!!!

Room service was great, but the dishes were placed on the floor, outside my room, as normal and yet, they (the dirty dishes & uneaten food) were there for two days!

Staff (Chris) was super helpful and accommodating upon check in. She upgraded our room, allowed us to check in early and heard we were celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday and sent champagne and strawberries to the room. The pool and pool bar were very private and was not crowded. Very close distance to downtown Sarasota, walking Ringling bridge and close drive to St. Amand’s Circle. We are locals just wanting a girls weekend away and The Westin delivered!

very modern, location was great, beautiful decor, excellent food, staff was very friendly and attentive, tv was good, room had a good size, loved the balcony

the flushing toilets of the other room keep us from enjoying a full night of sleep. it kept waking us up every time someone flushed the toilet also the bed wasn’t comfortable, sheets were to crispy and were missing that softness to the touch, pillows were ok. the room prices per night were outrageous and valet parking for everybody is very inconvenient, park your own car could be much better, valet is always a wait time and some of us enjoy going to their cars without having to pay tips every single time.
