The property was clean and well kept up. The entire staff were warm and friendly. Everyone greeted us and asked if they could assist us in anyway. Excellent experience from the staff to the accommodations. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Plenty of parking, decent breakfast options and snack options available 24 hours by the front desk. Best stay in many years!

I think it was everything I could have hoped for in an overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable with a very pleasant atmosphere.

The staff and hotel were great. We loved the room, it was cozy and a good size.Everything looked clean and spotless. The hotel is situated in a really good spot, we found parking easily and the hotel also has its own parking lot. There are tons of restaurants and things happening around the hotel as it seems to be the main street in that area. The concierge recommended we try Don Sal's, a mexican restaurant down the street - great recommendation.

The only thing left for improvement would be the breakfast. If you had high hopes for a restaurant style breakfast, you may be disappointed. The breakfast is basically quickmeal style biscuits and burritos, which were a little terrible, as well as an option for oatmeal and you can make your own waffles with batter they provide. There's coffee and juice options. It isn't a dealbreaker , but it would really elevate the hotel if there were actual fresh made breakfast. If we ever go out that way again, we will be staying here for sure.

Beautiful with perfect location

Confusing parking but easily managed. Didn’t accept my two of my cards luckily I still have my bank and easily move money or I wouldn’t have been able to get the room even though I had enough money to get several rooms on my Venmo card and not on my other card.

The service is the best part of this stay. Front desk is always there for your question needs. My boyfriend showed up late and they let him in before i even called to have him in. Staff is amazing at breakfast and is there for any need or questions you have. Vegetarian friendly options are there but not much vegan ones. My boyfriend is vegetarian and had no problem finding great options that satisfied his taste. The room was beyond beautiful, fresh and clean! The decor topped off this property. Great photos and for two nerds really amazing history.

Great clean hotel I would recommend. Breakfast was alright. I was expecting a hot plate breakfasts but they were plastic wrapped sandwiches that I didn’t care for. They did offer waffles which were good. If I’m ever back in the Lancaster area I would stay here again. The price was cheaper to book thru the hotels directly however, they weren’t able to change the rates for me since booking.com was a non refundable fee that I paid.

great suite that my girlfriend and I have stayed at around 10 nights total. we love the amenities that come with a suite and the smart tv with streaming. staff is great and friendly.

every time my girlfriend and I stay, our skin broke out in a rash that we thought was the sheets to which we began bringing our own. last time we realized it was the water. something untreated or over treated in the water causes our skin issues so this was the last stay we’d have here, sadly.

Rooms should be cleaned daily. All Corporate companies are using Covid as an excuse to deliver less. I stayed there for business, coming back to my room EXHAUSTED and I have a bed that's not made up, dirty towels on my bathroom floor. Then I have to put presentable clothes back on to go the the front desk to retrieve towels. This policy is unacceptable. At the very least, you should advise your guests at check-in that there is no housekeeping. A hard working person paying $200+ per night deserves a clean room to return too. Very disappointed. Corporate needs to reevaluate this policy.

Very clean , modern, conveniently located, breakfast was above expectations. It was a complete vibe!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and very nice , the breakfast was delicious I especially enjoyed making my own waffle and the oatmeal bar every thing about this hotel was great.

The free breakfast was great. Perfect for my kids to grab before heading off to our soccer tournament. I also liked that it was right next to a Starbucks and within walking distance to some great restaurants for dinner.

I called the front desk and requested more towels and never received them. I also wish the back parking would have been fenced in and looked nicer. I was worried about my car back there. The pool area could be spruced up a bit to look more appealing but it did the job!
