Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable and quiet. We were even able to bring a switch dock with us and hook it up to the TV a fun night in playing video games when we wanted a nice night in. And, most importantly, the staff were wonderful even though it was a very busy weekend.

Be warned that the key cards will get demagnetized when it comes close to newer phones (that have magnetic charging). We didn’t think about it until we weren’t able to get back into our room; but the staff were amazing, getting our cards back up and working once we walked to the front desk.

Unfortunately we were unable to do the breakfast due to tight schedule for a funeral. The best thing we encountered was the receptionist, Brittney. She was not onlyfriendly, welcoming, and very professional & helpful but she took the time to inquire about our visit and Explained in detail the layout of the property, breakfast, and amenities on site. We appreciate her!! Thank you so much for a great experience!! We will definitely stay at Best Western again & will definitely refer.

The housekeeping lady and maintenance man were very efficient and helped us with the issues we encountered. Kudos also to the hard working breakfast staff. The desk staff were friendly and also helped us out a few times. Room was clean although small for 4 people. Location excellent for us.

No control over pool. Needed crowd control as well as monitoring smoking and alcoholic beverages in hot tub and poolside. TV always flaking out but housekeeper fixed it 2nd day into 5 day stay. Microwave burned out, coffee maker didn't work and maintenance tried repairing then replaced. Kept needing keys cards a couple times a day as lock was corroded.

:⁠-⁠) Super friendly and helpful at check-in - thanks Joshua! Clean room, comfy bed. It was cold, so I had to get a blanket from the front desk, but it was readily available. Lots of parking, close to the room. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. A really nice touch since we had to hit the road early the next day.

While it didn't detract from the stay at all, the interior paint job was abysmal. Made me want to grab some equipment and fix the issues - roller marks on the ceiling, old paint showing through the single coat, door stops painted over. Also, the room could benefit from replacing the small dresser with a desk, and downsizing the [too big for the room] table and chairs. They were blocking the heating unit, which was unfortunate on the cold and rainy night that we happened to stay at the hotel.

Lots of available rooms. Workout room and pool were a nice touch. Sad that the restaurant was permanently closed yet the breakfast was very diverse.

Narrow pathways for vehicles. Easy to navigate if you had a compact car but not full size or trucks.

The staff was friendly, the location is great, close to hiking and the beach

Our room was nice until you noticed a lot of dust built up around the room. We asked if it would be ok to have someone vacuum around the edges of the bed and room, we were told no problem and they would change out the towels etc. We came back from hiking all day, nothing touched, in the room at all.

The room was nice an quiet. Very clean and we had easy access. When we had to return due to car trouble they were very accommodating. Breakfast had a beautiful view and was very extensive. The help was pleasant and and good.

I have no complainants about the whole experience. I would stay again if I was in the area.

The breakfast was good & the server was amazing! She went above & beyond to ensure all guest where satisfied. She even walked around asking if we needed a refill of coffee.

There was not a good selection of tv channels & the TV guide was hard to find

The pool and hot tub were available late, it was enjoyed by my kids and grandkids. The rooms were spacious and clean. They were able to accommodate my husband who is wheelchair bound.

The toilet in my granddaughter's 6 was plugged, and they didn't have maintenance available

We got our favorite room and got to check in early..Staff was very friendly. And we loved the cappuccino machine in the lobby, that was a nice touch.

The breakfast was good but laid out oddly... the waffle station should be at the end so people didn't crowd, and having only one person doing breakfast made replenishing slow...
