I like the rooms and front desk

The breakfast greeter she was rude and unwelcoming ,I felt targeted by her because I'm black and my children are black it was give very stereotyping she did twice to us over breakfast,1st she looks at us then the ticket and say this says 2 only and I point and said it says one adult and 4 children because they didn't have children tickets anymore so she felt the need to say something again the next day..... So I went to have them changed my ticket to please her then she says something else so I told her it she has a problem take it up with her manger not me ......

The room was spacious. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly! I saw mixed reviews about this hotel and was skeptical but I was very pleased with my say. Hotel has a fitness center and a pool. One cute feature is that each room has a doorbell!

The lighting in the room is dimmer then my personal preference (not a big deal) housekeeping comes early (there was no sign to hang on the door for DND) vacuuming in the hallway at 8:30 AM, knocked on the door for housekeeping at 8 AM and then another at 9AM.

It was a convenient location and the staff was great when I wasn't satisfied with my first room they moved me with no problem to a better room! It was big, clean, and comfortable! Love that check out is 2pm!!! No charge!! Affordable price!!

My first room I had smelled like smoke but the staff worked on my next room and it was perfect!! They cleaned the other room for a second time and ordered a terminal clean to get the smell out of the room.

I'm start by saying I love every staff member there ..... I had made a mistake on my end with the booking I wanted 2 bed and accidentally put 1, they couldn't switch that day but they brought me a fold up bed and note to switch mine right the next day and shampoo the floor for me cuz it was a lil stinky in there and gave me a discount plus a country mini tree water and popcorn 😘😘😘😀😀😀gave me all love no look down on me just very welcoming

Rooms were very clean and smelled clean too. No dust Benton’s any lamps on the tables which is rare. The bathroom doors were spotless and not one hair to be found. Very VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

There should be a sign on the ac/heat unit telling guest to use wall thermostat. I thought my unit was broke and then I realized there was a wall thermostat on the other side of the room to control the temperature.

The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are decent sized. Loved the live cooking of our hot breakfast. The location is great, with lots of places to eat around there. Bonus point, gas station right there. Plus an EV charger complimentary 👍🏼

Only one EV charger working. Need to block off to cars that are not EVs and just use the spot as a parking spot. There is no exhaust fans in the washrooms. If there are the ones in our 2 rooms weren't functioning. Sad that the pool was out of order, but that is in no ones control. No shower caps.

We had a great room, the breakfast came complimentary with our booking. The room was clean, the pool was great, and there were many shops nearby such as IKEA, dunkin, buffalo wild wings, fast food restaurants, walgreens, gas stations like Wawa and Shell for convenience. Everything was in walking distance and also the driving to the shops was about 5-10 depending on where you needed to go. Late check out is available if you request it. The location of the hotel is great as well!

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

That they have events at the hotel but not enough parking for the guest to park. You gotta circle around or wait for parking.

Very modern and clean. The staff moved us to a section of the hotel they thought would be a better fit for us since we were traveling with young children. Loved that we could walk over to IKEA.

The pool was disappointing, very loud with only a handful of other kids and only a ladder to get in and out. The back/bottom door to the back parking lot was not locked. TV did not get most channels.

The bar was a nice place to hang out for an hour or so during the evening, the barman Richard was pleasant and entertained us with reggae sounds from the 80s. The food was ok, salad with grilled chicken was ok, chicken had obviously been reheated and was rather dry. The burger and chips were ok. The room was fine but the I95 being very close by was quite noisy, being a light sleeper that caused me a bit of a disturbed night. The breakfast was excellent, the best choice of all the hotels we stayed in during this business trip taking us through 10 states over a 2 week period. The pool and gym looked nice, but I didn't take have the time or clothes to use them.
