The staff was very helpful. I had a leak in the bathroom and they handle it with kindness. The room show some age but was clean and looked nice.

It was a drive to get to a reasonable sized town. I feel like it be nice if the motel had a small breakfast selection, They had coffee but I don't drink coffee.

The staff that I met were incredibly helpful. There was a mix up on my reservation and they were so kind to accommodate us anyway. There was no battle with it at all. They just worked with me. Great customer service. Don’t know her name but she had a cast on her leg and was working front desk and laundry. Definitely an asset to the company

Location, ease of access, lots of hot water

Seemed a little old, building could use a reno and update, heating unit had a lot of visible dust, fuzz, and hair, it was cold and when we turned it on it smelled badly of burned hair. Kind of made us feel bad about what we might be breathing in.

Great proximity to concert venue and had shuttle bus for additional cost.

After traveling four hours, there was a small lineup at check-in. Typically, that’s no big deal but there were no lobby restrooms so we either had to go to the truck stop next door or wait until we checked in.

Rooms were fantastic felt like it was just remodeled. Clean, comfortable , Spacious bathrooms. Staff very friendly. Good value off the thruway. Truckstop with nice restaurant across the road.

The outside pavement was broken up all around the motel.. Not inviting looking from the outside. 2nd floor room had no elevator but realize this is a value based motel. For those wanting elevators take notice there are none.

We appreciated being on the quiet side of the building , away from road noise. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Coffee was good

Wish there was a simple breakfast available ( would be willing to pay a few dollars more for that)

This is an older lodge, but very well kept. The staff were phenomenal and so friendly. Rooms were very clean, the location is perfect for visiting Darien Lake. Morning coffee was good and the ice machine worked!!

There was nothing I did not like.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was near Six Flags Darien Lake. The lady at the front desk recommended an excellent restaurant not far away that we enjoyed.

The only amenity was hot beverages near the lobby in the morning.

Near interstate and the amphitheater. Room was clean and comfortable, covered terrace with a gas grill to use. For an additional charge they had a shuttle bus service to and from the amphitheater. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly hotel staff. Location and room were as expected and as advertised.

We got to the hotel late at night. The parking lot and entrance are ridiculous. Lighting in the parking lot is extremely poor and there's a bar hanging across one of the entry ways that serves NO purpose & I almost ran into it. The picture shows the white bar on the ground (from Google maps) When we got there it was strung beyween the rock and the yellow post. The obvious entrance is NOT! The office is at the side end of the building and the sign is small, especially compared to the awning on the NOT entrance. The lobby picture is the NOT entrance.
